Wow what can I say this cake shop was AMAZING and my family and I had the best experience from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by the actual owner, she sat down and listened to what we wanted and even made suggestions we didn’t think about that made the cake even more meaningful. If you are in need of a cake shop that listens to your needs, has the best designs and is locally owned - this is the place for you! Thank you Laura and team for an incredible cake that made the day a memory I won’t ever forget ❤️❤️

We ordered a two-tiered Mermaid theme cake. We went with Strawberry on top and Vanilla at the bottom. The design perfectly matched how I told them. The cake itself was incredibly moist and not overly sweet - just perfect. It was almost too pretty to eat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a custom, delicious cake!

I waited 15 years to celebrate my only daughter’s quinceanera! Unfortunately, she had a HORRIBLE injury to her foot five days before the event and we were forced to reschedule.

I called the following day still extremely stressed from this traumatic event and trying to make my daughters day special, I spoke with Laura, she told me they would reschedule only if I paid an additional $200. My cake is paid in full and to ask for more money is Ridiculous!!!!! We are dealing with a very expensive event and now a medical emergency causing the birthday girl to be postponed. Laura has ZERO heart for the situation and immediately became defensive when we questioned the new charge?

After looking at the contract, there was nothing stating rescheduling fee prices or percentages.
Laura mentioned this is what needs to be paid in order to move the date without any exceptions or explanations as to where this new Amount is going to????
My husband went in person to talk to her clear across town and she told him “that’s just our fee”. She said if the $200 wasn’t paid she’d have the cake delivered anyway!!!!

Laura has reflected a money hungry business with zero care for their customers! considering my daughter is suffering a horrible laceration they had no heart, didn’t care about the mental health of their First Time customers just wanted money to help pay for her hourly employees (that’s what she said)
It will be our 1st & last time here! no referrals for this place!!!!!

*** DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU'D LIKE TO DONATE $200 EXTRA TO THIER POCKETS ** I am truly sadden and DISCUSSTED on how this place conducts business. After an unfortunate injury that caused my niece to get stitches a few days before her Quinceanera. Laura and her team want to charge over $200 for what Rescheduling Fee?, Delivery Fee ? They couldn't even tell us what the fee was for just that there are a lot of moving parts blah blah blah.. Sounds to me like Ms. Laura wanted some extra spending money before the Holidays. To charge a ridiculously large amount for a cake that has already been PAID IN FULL AND THAT HASN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED is wrong. Laura could not provide a single reason OR provide where it states in the contract that they have a flat fee of $200 all we got was " THAT'S JUST our PRICE" . I can understand a reasonable $50-75 reschedule fee but over $100 for something that they cannot provide a valid reasoning or proof behind the high fee is crazy. I'm spreading the word everywhere not to do business here. Nothing but soul-less, cold hearted money hungry people here!

Such delicious cake!! We had a taste testing, and we loved everything we tasted. We decided on champagne, chocolate, and lemon blueberry for our tiered cake and white for sheet cakes! The frosting and filling wasn’t too sweet and we thought was absolutely perfect! Our cake looked and tasted beautiful!! We took our own fresh flowers and they confirmed if it was enough florals and assured us that they would use what looked beautiful and they did not disappoint. We’re still eating our cake and it’s still delicious!

The cupcakes were amazing! We were really happy with how all the flavors came out, and the design on our groomscake was perfect. Over the last year, we've been in and out of this cakeshop adding to and editing our order, and they got everything perfect. My only critique for the shop would be that we had some really positive, fun experiences and some somewhat flat exchanges with the various staff here. While im sure there is a lot of pressure involved in this business I did walk away from a few exchanges just wishing that the other person talking with me had shared some of the excitement I was feeling on my way in the doors. Other than that, they really did do an excellent job on everything.

I don’t understand how the rating isn’t higher. They have exceeded my expectations on a few occasions. I set up a cake tasting and from the initial phone call to the day we arrived everything was wonderful. The flavors and the fillings were tasty and the experience was so much fun. Ended up booking them for my wedding next year ❤️

Our boss sent these to the workplace as a birthday gift for my coworker. Cupcakes looked great, but the taste was far from it. We don’t know what it was with the frosting, but it had a stale soapy taste that we were not fond of. Mind you, we tried multiple flavors only to find the same soapy taste. Tried calling the bakery and was told since the cupcakes were delivered, they could not help us, but we were thanked for letting them know. ??‍♀️ In lieu of soapy cupcakes, I don’t think I will be ordering my wedding cake here after all.

We bought cupcakes and only tried 4 and 3 tasted horrible! The frosting tasted like soap, the only one that tasted good was the colored one, we didn't try more because of the bad taste they left us with, don't buy the cupcakes!!

These wonderful cake artists have made all of our birthday cakes for the last few years. Ordering is always very easy and pleasant. When anyone asks for a recommendation I never hesitate to give ECS information. Thank you for the latest cake! It was a huge hit!!
