Amazing cupcakes. I got wedding, marble, raspberry lemonade, Oreo cookie, German chocolate, and red velvet. They all tasted wonderful. The wedding was different, not bad, but also have never had wedding flavor anywhere else so nothing to compare, however they were all amazing. So moist!!! My favorite was the Oreo cookie, tastes just like an Oreo in cupcake form. I would not only get more but would definitely book this place for future birthday or any other events that cake is desired. ❤️❤️

Came in for cupcakes . There was no one in there for about 5 min then a girl greeted me. I got 6 cupcakes for 20$ and they tasted funny almost chemical . Couldn't eat them waste of money.

Ordered cupcakes for the first and last time. They looked like a kid had made them. The icing was some kind of cheap whipped cream, the cake was wet as though it had been refrigerated before completely cooling down. And they tasted horrible. I threw them in the trash. If I could give zero stars I would.

My husband ordered cupcakes and had them delivered to my job, as a conference snack, for myself and colleagues. I opened the beautifully packaged box, allowed everyone to choose a cupcake, and went to my office with mine. I excitedly sat down and took a bite... WORST CUPCAKE I've ever had the displeasure of tasting. The cake was uniquely dry; smelled weird, so it tasted weird; and had a bitter pink frosting (it was supposedly strawberry). I wanted to know if it was the cupcake, or the baker, so I tried the birthday cupcake... and YEP!!!, it too was funky, dry and weird tasting. My colleagues agreed theirs were terrible, too. The Red Velvet, Birthday and Strawberry were all terrible. We will not be ordering these for parties. They were highly disappointing, though packaged beautifully.

I had a set date and time to pick up the cake, unfortunately our event time was changed and I was worried the cake wouldn’t be ready in time. I let them know the situation and they reassured me that I it would be ready before the event. As for the cake the design was exactly what I asked for, the flavor was delicious ( vanilla) so was our pineapple filling. I’m not too keen on sweet frostings but it had a good balance that didn’t over power the dessert.

These cakes are amazing. This shop can design like no other and the taste of each cake is made perfectly. They can make just about anything you want and are still affordable. Earlier this year a good friend of mine had a quince for her daughter and the lady who was supposed to make the cake backed out at the last minute. I called Exclusive Cakes, and they were able to accommodate us within a short time frame. They took our situation into consideration and worked with us. They were able to make the cake perfectly, just like we had envisioned, they are very professional and their work is amazing. You will not regret choosing this shop for your specialty cakes.

I used them last year for my daughters birthday. The cake was beautiful and there were no issues (I give that experience 5 stars). This year has been another story. The store was impossible to reach. I’d call and call and call and got no answer and there’s no voicemail set up to leave a message or a call back #. I tried to order online which is easy enough if you want cupcakes but there’s not a great way to order a cake. I gave up and decided to reach out via Instagram as that was the only way I could actually reach them. I placed my order and asked if the pick up date and time I needed were do-able which they said it would work. As far as I knew, my order was set and I could scratch that off my to-do list. A day and a half before the party, they reach out and say they had to cancel my order and that the pick up time I requested wasn’t an option. They could get me the cake an hour after the party was scheduled to be done……. So now I’m left to scramble and hope I can find someone else in time. Zero professionalism, and terrible communication. I don’t plan to chance it and order from this bakery again. And if you want to reliably have something for a party, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I just recently had my wedding and when the cake was brought to the venue it was STUNNING! Absolutely beautiful, BUT the whole back of the cake started to fall off of the cake before we even had our grand entrance into the reception.
