Came in at dinner time. The service was great however foods were not good, pizza tasted like frozen pizza, salty chicken sandwich. Wings were ok. Overall was not really happy with the food

We had some business to downtown, and we decided to play tourists and enjoy the Riverwalk a little bit. We wanted a quick lunch and we stumbled upon this restaurant. Looks nice, kinda fancy. They have a simple lunch menu yet we'll curated. We ordered the burger and Reuben sandwich. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Perfect for a quick lunch. My family and I had dinner twice at the Republic of Texas this weekend. We all enjoyed the food and the service was very nice and respectful both days. There’s an enjoyable view on the river outside. Yesterday we ate inside and enjoyed a group of singers. There was a photograph with his colleague who took a family picture for us. I’m never comfortable with it but my husband accepted. We do have now a nice family picture as a souvenir, I’m just now hoping these will remain...
