After riding our bikes along the Mission trail we stopped here to cool down and have an anniversary lunch. The food was great as well as the server, Christina. The green "yum yum" salsa was excellent. We will be back.

Capirotada reminded Me of how my Grandma used to make hers. Food is so delicious and the plates are very well served.

This was THE BEST Tex-Mex food I've had since moving to SA almost a year and a half ago. The Micheladas tho! . Unfortunately the service wasn't as good. Everything was great until we received our check. We got separate bills (which he asked if we wanted and we said it was fine to have 1) I handed the server$30 (my total was $22 and some change). I told him no change was needed. Because nowadays I'm leaving a little bit more of a tip at restaurants since everyone is shorthanded. And the people are there want to work. Once I handed him the money I left the restaurant because the music playing was SUPER loud and you're unable to speak/hear the person next to you. I waited outside for the rest of my party who were ar the register a while. Turns out the server told my friend that I only gave him $20 and charged her for my balance. I was extremely disappointed. I tried to go back to talk to him. But he was avoiding me, so I left. Knowing what amount of money I gave him. I

Looks like other reviews are hit or miss, and I guess we got lucky with a hit this morning! Kids are all their pancakes and my husband was just as quick with his breakfast as well. My breakfast was the chorizo breakfast tacos and two were very full and filling.

We came here for breakfast at the recommendation of someone from our hotel. It is only a short drive from the river walk where we were staying. I had the omelette and whew was it good and cheesy, not complaining. Ask for light cheese if you want a normal amount of cheese. My husband had the Gringo taco it was yummy as well. We actually wound up sitting next to the owner who was really nice. We will be back.

We just moved to area and wanted to check this place out. We had Ralphies Taco plate with beef tacos with marinated cabbage and it was great. Two of us had the Ranchos Heuvos and they were good and one of us had a beef tongue taco with verde sauce. The food was really good and tasty. I rated this a 4 because getting the food was really slow. It was a Saturday at lunch though so we will give them that. They are now open to 9 pm Thursday to Saturday. We will try them during the week next time.

Fabulous Mexican food!! I love love loved my puffy tacos plate. They were absolutely delicious!! The rice and refried beans are just like I like them. Really solid spot for great Mexican food. Big menu. My husband had breakfast tacos and he devoured them. Both indoor and outdoor seating!

Truly one of the stand out taquerias in the Alamo city, with awesome authentic Tex Mex, and beautiful restaurant in the south town area, this is an awesome place for a slow or fast paced breakfast! If you want authentic Tex mex foods like menudo, barbacoa and tripas it's a good place to hit up, it also executed 90% better than most restaurants. If your not feeling that adventurous they have much more to offer, eggs bacon and a wide variety of breakfast tacos options are all good. Early bird special is by far the best value anywhere's, $4.99 for two eggs, bacon beans and potatoes. Their potatoes are above most competition as they're always pan fried with onions and jalapeños! Best breakfast dish by far is the Reggie's special! I will say mid week the barbacoa tends to be dried out. Also their chicharron are on the very soft side just fyi. Most of their food is pretty solid but a few of their items could use some attention to take them up to 5 stars, salsas would be a good place to start as there's is pretty basic that being said atmosphere, location and wait staff are top notch!
