The Healthy Spot San Antonio

I found this spot when looking for a post-workout protein shake that wasn’t all sugar and fit well within my macros. I’ve been back almost every week to try new shake flavors, energy teas, donuts, etc. Delma is incredibly knowledgeable of the products and I love that these drinks are healthy. My favorite shakes are peanut butter banana rebuild, reese’s cheesecake, and mint chocolate. My go-to energy teas are ocean water and sucker punch. The atmosphere is super chill - definitely give this place a try!!

This place has such a wonderful atmosphere. All employes have been great to work with. I have my favorite drink in the summer. Strawberry cheese cake delicious and my winter fav is Choc.maple protein drink. They offer vegan protein drinks too!! Delma the owner us great

The owner was extremely rude and the smoothies are disgusting and over priced. There's a smoothy king down the string. Better chances there

I went after closing (check for hours as they seem to change but generally close early afternoon) and the owner lady (forget her name, perdon) was super nice and the drink was filling and healthy! Would come back.

I absolutely love this place! Went in to try a shake and I haven't been able to stop drinking them. Delma provides excellent customer service, is fun and outgoing and provides health tips and tricks to keep you healthy longer. I love my meal replacements and highly recommend. Will be coming here for a very long time!

Well this is my second visit and the lady messed up my tea again, I just drink the lemon tea and aloe with hot water that is it and I always "tell her just the tea and aloe with hot water" and when I saw her putting the nrg tea ,I told her I didn't want that , she changed it and gave me a tea with cold water ? I didn't said anything and paid $8 and left, today I decided to go back maybe she was in a hurry o something, I asked for the same thing, again I saw her putting something extra with regular water when I told her extra hot water , I just left again and I tried the tea tasted super sour ,I paid $7.50 this time (I paid $5for tea and aloe at others clubs) I just have to say please listen carefully to customers o take more training ,she had a good attitude both times that is why I went back the second time

Great tea and shake options and staff is always kind and helpful , I had the peanut butter Oreo shake that had a great flavor. Will definitely be returning.

Nice local spot for smoothies. The quality is good and the taste is great. The family that runs the place is very nice. I do wish the menu was more diverse and there were more fresh fruit and veggie options but so far I’ve enjoyed my orders.

I had a stawberry cheesecake milk shake and I enjoyed every bit of it and shared a little. Good cool place to visit healthy drinks. Thanks.

Great healthy shakes and drinks I get the pre/post workout drinks they always taste great and the place is awesome to gather and chitchat with Big D he's very courteous and takes the time to get to know his customers .
