Love this place! The drinks are always on point — big shoutout to Jess and Nina for mixing up some seriously good cocktails. They know their stuff and are super chill. Also gotta mention Josh — funniest server I’ve had in a while and super quick with everything. The whole vibe at Hoppy Monk is just solid. Definitely one of my go-to spots in San Antonio.

I can’t believe it’s been 7 years since I last reviewed the Hoppy Monk. It is one of our favorite places to visit. We love introducing it to our-of-towners. I got a duchess burger (not on menu) which comprises of .25/5 patty, Romain lettuce, sautéed onions on a brioche bun. Oml was this just the most amazing burger.
