The Human Bean

Plastic in my java chip, I showed the lady at the window what was in it and she happily took my drink to make a new one.
The manager comes out asking to see the plastic after I already threw it away after I showed the lady who took my drink. Please simply just make a new one without the hassle, it shouldn't be a big deal to make a new one, I didn't ask for my money back, I know these things can happen on accident at times.

My kids and I come here a few times a week, didn't expect that and she should remember faces who tips them

First time trying the Human Bean after my boyfriend had recommended it. I got a simple chai latte with vanilla and it was absolutely delicious! I was overwhelmed with the choices they had and can’t wait to try one of their refreshers!
Staff was super friendly, Amber was at the window and I believe her name was Jaylin (sorry for the spelling/and or if that name is incorrect lol) that made my coffee! Lovely little spot off of 78 near converse. Will definitely be back!

This is only my second time coming here having moved from FWTX to SA and I absolutely love it! The baristas are always super sweet and very friendly it’s making me feel more and more welcome to the area! From an ex-barista point of view the lattes have been amazing and taste exactly as they should!

I am a regular at Human Bean. The baristas are always so kind and make sure we have what we want. They get to know you and make sure you are aware of how long the drinks are taking. Amber and Gaby on Wednesday were especially good with my special order. They looked like they wanted to be there. The coffee is always good and I can't wait to go back!

Usually this place is good but they offered a coffee to me without letting me know that coffee would be suppper sweet didn’t ask if I wanted a recommendation for a sweet or not so sweet coffee I asked for protein they did not advise it was a powder protein until after I paid so this added more sweetness and sugar to an already packed with sugar drink the drink was a 6$ drink plus tip which I regret this 6$ went to the trash the moment I sipped it it was pure sugar why would you offer or recommend a drink and see someone clearly unhappy and just let them leave like that I could have gone to Starbucks and they would have offered something else I go here bc it’s a smaller business I try to support but I don’t think I will be coming here anymore!

I always stop by The Human Bean for my coffee, and the service is excellent. Amber and Belinda are very friendly and professional. They serve you super fast and make the experience very pleasant.

My coffee is always ready in minutes, and the flavor is delicious. Without a doubt, one of the best coffee spots in the area.

This is my third time coming here when visiting my fiance in San Antonio! We both got the blended matcha with half a scoop of protein and hazelnut syrup (cold foam on top and oatmilk) and its a 10/10! HIGHLY recommend this place. I also got the maple sausage and egg waffle sandwich and it was super fresh and crispy! The atmosphere is so great and both Amber and Alaina were very friendly so shoutout towards them!! I wish there were more locations in Houston somewhere in pearland LOL!!

Alaina and Amber were my baristas for today's visit. They were very enthusiastic and eager to assist me for my daily caffeine fix! I go here often as I live near by and all the staff is very kind and helpful! Human Bean is great too as they offer military discount and have a happy hour. And what other coffee spots do you get a free chocolate espresso bean with your order. I've even received them with water! The place is one of my favorite spots to get coffee! I go a few times a week! Probably too much cause it's so good! This location is one of the best though! I've even had human bean out in AZ and this one is a huge difference!!
