My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. Stopped by this ? for the first time this morning and what a TREAT it was. Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches (bagel and ciabatta) 2 s'more coffees and a caramel one and EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS ? FIRST, pulled up and they had the cutest little display outside the windows and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! She was so sweet and friendly. They even have MILITARY DISCOUNTS ?. This place will definitely be on our weekend schedule. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
