Arianna was our server she did an amazing job and stayed on top of our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed before we got our food and also while we got our food I highly recommend yall to ask for Arianna.

They do not answer the phone! And when they do pick up, they act like they are so busy and do not have time to answer questions! They apparently charge to park too. So weeks later, if you do not 'register' your vehicle you get charged 100$ to park. Never again San Antonio!! Never again. Mgr. Meredith said hostess tells you to register your license plate, NO THEY DON'T!!! Which is what prompted my phone call!! Update: You can dispute your charges with the parking company, they will deny it and you will have to pay. Never going back!!!
On to the food, disgusting! Cold fries, not cooked all the way, raw burger patty... watered down tea! Overall 1/10 (only because the waiter was nice)

Don't be fooled by their pictures of items. For almost $30 I ordered a brisket sandwich and it had maybe 3 small burnt ends in it. Not only that but it was barely edible. Since they try to sneak around the name,it's a Dennys and it is a waste of money.

This is one of my toughest reviews and here’s why. The seasoning and taste of the sandwiches was fantastic. The bread was fresh, soft and a perfect match for each sandwich. So why do they get a three? These are $12+ sandwiches at this price point I expect more meat and fixings on the sandwich. At least fill up the bread. Others have commented on this too.
This could easily be a five star establishment if they listen to their customers. I’m definitely giving them another chance.

Could not sleep while in SA. Kept waking up hungry. Meltdown popped up under comfort food on the Upper App. I ordered the Groovy melt combo. OMG it was everything and more. The bread was perfectly grilled and crunchy. The veggies were fresh and had perfect texture. When I bite into it the chicken oooozed with flavor. It was aaahhmaaazing!The fries were just enough and dipped in the ranch just topped it all off. I guess if you ate going to eat at 3:00am, eat whatever you want! So dang good!

Ordered delivery via UberEats. This can always be hit or miss and delivery is not the restaurant's fault. This though, both were just so wrong and bad. Ordered 2 each of 3 different sandwiches - for some reason the 2 chx sandwiches were sent with sad fries I didn't ask for and were packaged in a Denny's box (?). The Original Meltdown (grilled cheese) was barely toasted which likely accounted for the unmelted paltry amount of cheese. Spent $60 on the sandwiches alone, which nowadays isn't a lot, but it was still too much for what I received. Uber driver also couldn't follow directions and text me upon arrival. My order went to the wrong building and I wasn't notified of its delivery.

It’s Denny’s. The “burgers” were chopped up meat on 2 slices of bread. Large bread. Not worth the money. I had the hot mess melt. It was chunks of roast with diced onions constantly falling out. Onion rings were burnt. The cheese in the grilled cheese wasn’t melted either. Save yourself the trouble and just stick to the regular Dennys menu.
