First time visiting and it was wonderful experience! Ian was our server and he was super helpful and treated my boyfriend and I very well. He explained everything in detail so we wouldn’t be confused. The food was very good but the dessert was the best part!! Absolutely loved the Flaming Turtle for sure. The lemon drop cocktail was delicious as well!
Great place for date nights, birthdays, anniversaries, or any other special day. I recommend reservations, but I've never had a bad experience at Melting Pot.

I believe this was a over priced visit. The service wasn't great. And we ended up eating McDonald's later on cause we were not full. At the price of 147.00 a full belly would have sufficed

We had a wonderful time! Recommend 10/10 BUT... this is not the place to go if you need to work in the morning. Took over 3 hours for 4 of us to do the 4 course meal. But if you have the time, it is a wonderful experience. Also.... Use their timer app so you can ensure your meats are cooked safely. Enjoy!

What a fun experience! My parents, husband, and I had so much fun celebrating my mom’s birthday here. They presented her with a card and chocolate covered strawberries without the birthday song, which she loved :) we had the classic alpine and spinach artichoke cheese fondues, the coq au vin and grill, and the bananas foster and flaming turtle chocolate fondues. I wish I could remember our waitress’s name, because she made the whole night so much fun!! But everyone we came into contact with was very friendly, you can tell they love what they do. Highly recommend for a reasonably priced special occasion night out!

I've been wanting to try this place for years, and finally made it. I got a date night with my Husband and was anxious to try the fondue experience. We were disappointed at the prices and food, and I didn't care for the cubical seating. Oh well, you have to try it to see if it's your thing. Good luck to them, I wish them well.

This was our first time dining here. I was impressed with the variety of options for each course. From the appetizer fondue to the candy bar chocolate dessert fondue, the food was absolutely amazing! Our server, Case, did an awesome job of answering our questions and provided excellent service throughout or visit.
