Came in and ordered the Japanese Curry Fries. Man working the counter got a disgusted look on his face before saying “I guess I can make that” in a way that really made it seem like he was pissed off about it. Ordered a burrito and the kimchi Alfredo. Never received the burrito.Service here is awful.

I absolutely love this place, I've come here every friday since valentines day and fell in love with the drinks but also the customer service. The workers here are such sweet, amazing people and they'll always give you the best drink ever. I love the nest, a literal 100/10

Me and my man came in for a date. We ordered the garlic noodles, popcorn chicken, dumplings, and loaded fries. My first problem was the loaded fries. They were terrible! The cheese was not even melted and the meat was chewy. The fries were cold and unseasoned.We paid for cheap watered down ranch packet.WHY? The chicken was dry. How can you mess up a boba drink. Don’t even taste the brown sugar. We spent over 50 dollars for stuff that was not good.

I got hot cheeto fries ($8) and two different customized drinks. Their green tea is very yummy. I got a strawberry green tea with cheese foam on top. The staff is super nice and friendly. They were very patient with me because I wasn't sure what I wanted to order.

First, I should have known something when I saw an empty parking lot. Just left there to try out, told they was out Kimchi, now if you look at the menu- most of their items are made with it, and because of that - they can’t make it, as I was told. This left about 3 items left to choose from to eat LOL. Then, we were told they were out of Boba. So practically everything they advertise for you to try, they don’t have available. Chile, we left and found us somewhere else to go, it was our first time and last.

I was a bit disappointed in my 1st order here. The Garlic Noodles looked like spaghetti noodles and were packagedin non recyclable styrafoam. They handed me two bobas to go...in a plastic bag not a cup holder package.

Drinks were okay. The food was not enjoyable at all. We got wings, not seasoned very well, carne asada fries, melted nacho cheese and not really tasty, and the garlic noodles with shrimp, also very bland. Will not be back.

Excellent service and drinks. I really appreciated the cashier's kind, welcoming attitude. She did everything right! I even added some food afterward because she was so nice to. My husband wanted a taro, and I wanted a tiger, and we got it! Great smooth taste, and the Boba was cooked just right and tasted great. I took a few pictures because the ambiance and store is so cozy looking. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation I had with the cashier and I will be back! Thank you for the awesome food!

Great boba, great food, but were sold out on a bunch of things. To be fair, i came at 4pm. I’d suggest a little chalkboard or stickers on the screens to warn people that you’re sold out.

There isn't an option to respond to the original posters review that I wanted to respond to. I'm including a screenshot of the person, "Danielle Danielle/Dee r", that this is intended for . Regarding the recent incident. I was part of the group that inadvertently received your order, and I'd like to address the issues you raised. Firstly, regarding the 30-minute wait, I want to emphasize that the lone worker was managing both in-store and to-go orders while simultaneously handling the register during a busy lunch rush. Your understanding and empathy during such circumstances would have been greatly appreciated. As for the handling of the food, we took precautions by confirming the order before grabbing the completely sealed food and drinks. It was only upon reaching the entrance that we realized we couldn't differentiate the drinks. We promptly returned to the register to clarify, and it was then that the worker recognized the mix-up. Importantly, the food and sealed drinks were never opened or as you claim "taken to their car, open-up the food containers and saw that it wasn't their order before coming back to return it all". we remained within eyesight by the front entrance, you should know as you were watching us . We're all human, Mistakes occur! However, the aggressive reaction towards the worker, including stomping your feet, rolling your eyes and demands for a refund because "they touched it", was unnecessary. It's also worth noting that your husband seemed to signal for you to remain calm during the incident. Had you not been so preoccupied pre-writing your review maybe you would have been able to realize this was YOUR completed order.

This place is really cute and I was excited for all the awesome beverage and food options in one spot. Upon arrival, there's one person in the front who is collecting orders and making drinks. Just placing an order can take 20 minutes with only 1-2 groups on front of you. He was BUSY.I used the restroom after I placed my order and the restroom was FILTHY the plunger and brush were crusty, sitting next to a toilet covered in pee and pubic hair. The floors in the restroom and in the main area are sticky. I definitely don't believe this place cares for food safety or basic sanitation. The person taking the orders doesn't wash their hands in between handling drinks and touching the register.We waited maybe 30 or more minutes for our order to come out, but they accidentally gave it away to the group that ordered after us. They came back and returned the order and the establishment tried to give it to us after all the food and drinks had gone into someone else's car. These people had to have opened up the food containers and saw that it wasn't their order before they came back to return it all. I just don't understand why they wouldn't immediately throw it out. I ask for them to remake the order. That was another 30 minute wait.They gave me my order and didn't even remake it. The food I got was soggy and had been sitting in the containers the whole time I waited. Even the container was soggy from having steamed through. How are you going to tell me the food was just remade if the deep fried food is lukewarm?I definitely don't recommend this establishment to anyone.
