Delicious with the original flavor of Puerto Rico. The sandwich bread is amazing. Fresh and baked to perfection. The guava pastries were delicious and big in size. Just like home.

This is my second and last time at this establishment. I ordered a Pastrami Sandwich and it seemed like they used the cheapest pastrami ever. It looked like a Hot Dog cut in small pieces and no taste whatsoever. The Quesitos had probably been there for months, the queso and guayaba was no were to be found. We tried different pastries and all of them seemed the same. Usually empanadillas are made locally but the ones they had were the ones probably from Walmart already made and just fried them there and not what I expected from a PuertoRican rest/bakery. I understand that inflation have drove prices up in general but for what I paid there for my family of 3 I expected better food quality. I am from Puerto Rico and love to support any establishment from back home but this place is the worst I have ever been to in a while.IF THEY ARE TRYING TO ESTABLISH A POINT, THEY ARE MISSING THE POINT.

As a true Puerto Rican I knowWhat a tripleta is and their version not only lacked meat but also flavor and the bread was crumbly. $9.99 is way too much especially for the quality and the fries are extra $3. The large juice $5.50 (insane) and it was super watery. The service was good but if the food quality continues to be what it is I’m afraid it will not last long. I wish they take care of that and succeed.

I randomly search this spot online on our way out of San Antonio and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint. I got a soft spot for small businesses and this one exceeded my expectations. Our family were planning on going to multiple popular spots on tik tok but of course they were all busy and we decided not that worth the wait. I saw this spot after a simple google search. It feels like walking into a place like this you know you’re about to getting food from the heart we ordered a bunch of different sandwiches recommended by whom I think is the daughter and they’re all amazing. During our visit one lady whom appeared to be the owner didn’t stop one bit. Cleaning, taking orders, checking on everybody. I don’t normally write reviews but this family business deserves all the recognition. Please take the time and don’t just follow social media trends and actually try a spot like this. Thank you for the amazing food and customer service.

Very very very very very slow serving times for mediocre food. Quesitos were not even filled. Waited 1 hour for three sandwiches. Had to ask for my food, questitos and juices. The sandwich had very little meat. Quesitos were burnt. Juices were watered down. The food didn’t taste like authentic Puerto rican food. Miraaaa no vuelvooo!!!!!! No pierdan el tiempo

Terrible service, this restaurant is very deceiving when it comes to their prices. Beware that you will pay a different price from what is advertised online. Even when choosing to pick up your items. Oh and now they want to charge you for condiments. Save your money and support a different puerto rican restaurant.

The place is really nice like country feeling. I had oatmeal and my husband had breakfast and everything was excelent.

Cant order much because the delivery menus are bare minimum. Can’t order cinnamon rolls, pastries, tostones and a lot of other things that sound interesting. Can’t tell what’s on menu items because there is no description. I still fell like I have never eaten Cuban food.

The food was great but there was nobody else at the moment that we ordered and taken 45 minutes to finally get it. Too long the waiting.

99.9% cancellation rate if you order online, 11 days 0 success. I guess add me to the ever growing list of customers that will never support your money laundering business in a sinking economy. Good luck!

If you like a good balance of sweet and savory, you absolutely must try the Queso Y Guayaba. The Monte Cristo Sandwich was delicious, and the portion size was filling. An unassuming jem!

We usually go to Puertorican or latin restaurants with low expectations because of bad experiences where they always overprice stuff, give you very small portions with low quality ingredients or bad service . Service was fine but everything else was no different. Ordered two pastrami sandwiches with pastry (Quesito) and empanada. Empanada was fine, Very little meat portions in sandwiches, barely looks like pastrami maybe some cheap substitute. Pastry Did not have any filling at all. If I wanted a meatless sandwich for $8.99 and I could have just ordered a burger at Mcdonalds or some other fast food and prob get more. I am just going to give up to going to Latin restaurants and learn how to make Latin food myself.

This was my 1st time here. Although the cashier was helpful, the in-house service is non existent. This place does not give the feeling that they care. My 21year old daughter and I are Puerto Rican and are very disappointed. Everything was dry. No moisture at all. Bland. Not a come back place.

Sadly The Point was not on point! We dined in about a month ago. We had ordered cubanos (sadly you can get better at QT) the bread was good but the meat “or lack of” was tasteless. Also ordered quesitos and mallorcas to go, and again was disappointed! The lady at register said they where fresh, when I went to eat “same day” the Mallorca was dry, hard & tasteless. The quesitos were also hard & the queso was chunky “sign of being old”Needless to say, I’m all about supporting PR business, however after all the hype about the point just to receive food & pastries that I would rate a Zero. Never again!

I didn’t have a hair dryer, an iron or board. Guess I should be lucky it had a microwave and a fridge. I was expecting a kitchenette since it’s an extended stay. It had less amenities then most budget motels have. The pool area (right outside my room) was very nice you’ll notice a lock on the gate in one of my pictures.
