This was my first time trying Roo Pub. I really liked the atmosphere with upbeat/ chill music, dimmed lighting, big screen TVs with all kinds of sporting events surrounding the walls of the pub, and various style of seating (bar stools, high tables, couches). The waitresses were kind and attentive. For the food we ordered the following: gator bites for an appetizer, side spicy Caesar salad, and chicken wings (mango habanero and sweet chili). The food was tasty and filling, definitely had enough for leftovers. Also, I enjoyed my flavorful strong Bloody Mary. I see myself coming back to try more drinks and food soon!

I wish I could say that I loved everything. I wasn't treated well by staff but I was completely ignored. I ordered four times and got nothing. I was there with a group of Marathon employees, who frequent Roo. I hope its better next time

We usually love this place but tonight the Door Man Eli ruined it for me. We were standing watching the fight and he was clearing some dishes from a table behind me and he threw out a glass of water at the ground and completely soaked the back of my lower legs and feet. He 100% knew what he did and failed to say a simple …. I’m Sorry!!!! When I asked him if it was him who just did that he said yes and still never said he was sorry. What a pitiful excuse of a human being, A real man would have apologized immediately.

I’ve never had such a disturbing and unprofessional experience at a bar in my life. The bartender on duty (a woman whose name I didn’t catch) was completely out of line.
First, she yelled at us to leave, even though there were still other people clearly allowed to stay inside. When we questioned it, she snatched my phone from me. Not once, but twice. She then told us we had to drink outside because it was after closing hours (even though others were still inside), and later grabbed my friend’s drink out of her hand. I ended up crying because of how aggressive and humiliating the whole situation was.
Multiple people witnessed it and were on our side, even saying they had contacted or planned to talk to the manager because it was that bad.
The behavior was not only unprofessional but borderline aggressive and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they take accountability and better train their staff. No one deserves to be treated this way.

The service and food was not pleasant at all, no one even came to us to ask what we need or who we are! also the food was a no go and of course didn’t worth the price. The quality was not good at all, we couldn’t even finish one meal. The vibe was pleasant and they can definitely be better.
