The chef’s at this bar deserve all the RAVE!!! Everything I’ve eaten has been scrumptious. The atmosphere is a bit loud at tomes, but it’s ultimately a bar right?! Game night is wildly fun. All in all, the Rusty Nail is by far a hang out eatery & bar.

I was welcomed upon entering; The staff were polite and attentive to customers needs; The interior and patio section were clean to sit or stand; The ambiance of the place was inviting and relaxing for adult gathering; Mixed drinks ordered were spot on; Having uniformed door security was an added comfort; I would most definitely recommend this place for social or celebration gathering. Thank you for making it a pleasurable experience.

Worst service I have ever experienced!! Let’s start by saying this was not my first visit but will be our last visit. The Bar tender named Spencer had a horrible attitude. I ordered a Michelada and it was just all mix in the glass with a splash of Bud Light. The bar tender said you pour the beer as you drink it and of course nobody wants to just drink mix and add the beer as you drink it. Then I decided to order a Margarita. I was watching him make it with the wrong liquor. I asked for Patron and he was using some other liquor, after going up to him and asking what kind of Patron is that, I have never seen Patron in a bottle like that. He said this is not Patron and proceeded to get the Patron out of the fridge and put the other bottle back on the shelf. Mind you this Margarita he made had one shot with 16 oz of mix in it. He was ignoring me and my husband since we arrived and I had to keep calling him because he was not paying any attention to us. I finally told him everything that was going wrong, he had the nerve to tell me “and what else?” After explaining everything that was wrong. I couldn’t believe my ears that this young man said he is the head bar tender and then told me that it doesn’t matter if I ordered Patron because he was making it with another Tequila that it’s still the same!! This blew my mind that he first said to me “And what else?” after explaining everything that was wrong and then him attempting to Justify his mistakes by saying it doesn’t matter what Tequila he uses it’s still the same. He attempted to say he was rectifying the issue when he was only making matters worse and attempting to justify his mistakes by saying it’s still the same when clearly any bar tender should know there is top shelf and house and also there is a difference, or all Liquor would just be in bottles with no labels. The only reason the drink was even made with Patron is because I had to go and tell him. Absolutely the worst service ever. My recommendation is never come here, in less you want to pay for a horrible time with rude service and drinks made wrong and with almost all mix and no alcohol. Minus 0 stars across the board. I spent 30.00 for 3 beers and a shot of patron inside a 16oz glass. 🤢 🤮 I left 1 star just to leave this review. I will be calling the GM tomorrow his name is John according to Spencer the so called head bar tender. To tell him how bad this guy Spencer really is!!!! It’s not worth the money to get ignored and then pay 30.00 for 3 12 oz bottles of bud light and probably a oz of Patron that’s watered down with 16oz of mix, what a waste of time and money!!! Also would like to add if you do stop by make sure they are pouring what you ordered because they don’t seem to know what is what it’s all the same to Spencer quote on quote. I have been to 54th street for margaritas and a 16 oz glass has 3 oz of tequila. This is just disgusting way to make a drink. Based off previous reviews you referring to you the owner have cameras that record, run the recording back based on my ticket posted in the photo and listen to your bartender and how he treated me and my husband and his poor explanation as to him attempting to rectify the situation in his exact words. Also if you do decide to review your cameras with audio we were sitting at the edge of the bar with our backs facing the door. The only two seats on that side of the bar facing towards the direction you walk to get to the restroom and kitchen area. I would not be leaving this long detailed review if I was not so extremely disappointed in your establishment. One of which I was happy to find on my first visit!!!

I did a takeout order just this past Friday. My order total was about $28. I ordered fish and chips Caesar salad with a side of queso. I gave $3 tip since it was takeout and I was not waited on. After my transaction settled my bank account I was charged $41. It is now going on day two that I have been waiting to hear back from my manager, so I plan to go in person tomorrow, hoping to get this resolved.
