We came in with our baseball team and the lady at the bar made Roy Rodgers for all of our boys. The food was great and the service was incredible

Shackrizzo needs to be in the BOH (Burger Hall Of Fame)! I think that the burger as is would have been sufficient, but I made it a double. Perfect amount of grilled onions jalapenos chorizo avocado. The bun took everything over the top with its slight sweetness. Service was excellent for a late saturday night. Everyone working hard and didn't see a lag in food coming out even with a full restaurant. I will definetily be back to try another masterpiece.

Wow! The food is amazing! We aren't from Texas and were looking for something quick and stumbled upon it by accident. This was the best place we ate at and went every day of our trip! Not to mention the staff was so friendly and attentive. If you come to San Antonio you NEED to try The Shack! P.S. their chamoy slushes will change your life!

I missed her name, but truly had a great time at this establishment! Everyone working was so nice, especially the cashier! I’m not a local, but I will definitely make time to stop by when I’m in town! The food was fantastic and the agua fresca was amazing. I had to go back and order three separate times because I wanted to keep trying more of their food. Really enjoyed my time here! thank yall!!

I've had burgers from Berlin to Bakersfield, and the mushroom burger I had today was one of the best I've ever had. I will be back, and with friends!

Update: I gave this place another chance, I'm glad I did. It was a much better experience, and the food was good! Just make sure to say "the works", otherwise, they won't add lettuce, tomato, onion, ect.

8/30/24: Idk what happened. But, i paid $30 for just cheese and meat? The fries were just half a cup. Everything was very salty. I should have checked my order before leaving. Very unfortunate.

This place is comfort food. Great burgers, it's the only place we go. Quality is wonderful, too. It's clean and feels great.
