Came from out of town and was looking for a good coffee place. Reviews did not disappoint. Coffee is quite smooth, had a honey vanilla latte, and I’ll probably be back here whenever I’m visiting. Highly recommend

Friendly, genuinely warm service and some of the smoothest, best coffee I’ve had in a long time. The space is cute, relaxed, and easy to settle into. Great coffee, great vibes, zero pretense. If I lived in San Antonio, I’d be a regular without question.

I hadn’t heard of Theory Coffee although came across it this morning when in the area and in need of early morning coffee. The menu wasn’t extensive, but it didn’t have to be—the coffee was AMAZING.

The location is at an old gas station with a clever permanent design for a coffee trailer with friendly service and fast moving lines. As an added bonus, they featured Bakery Lorraine baked goods.

Hands down, best espresso in all the land. I'll travel for and wide for it (from the medical center 😅). You can't go wrong with a 16 oz hot breve latte with an extra shot of espresso, honey, some cinnamon powder...life changing. Whenever I bring coffee to my friends, I always bring them Theory Coffee and they're always sooo impressed like 'Where is this from?'. Thanks Theory Coffee for making me cooler and bringing my palate happiness.
