We’ve ordered many times from this location and today has been the third time in the last few weeks where we’ve had tacos missing in our order. When my mother called, they were extremely rude to her and hung up on her three times. Based on the customer service we experienced, we would not recommend this location.

Do not order from Tias Tacos in New Braunfels- they are rude and do not care about their customers!!! Horrible Manager with no professionalism or manners. They messed up order 3 times already (for delivery) and when I called and asked for the mgr all she could say and repeated over and over . Ok ma’am we just bag the tacos - the line cooks are the ones that wrap them- did not apologize for my orders being incorrect and the she repeated her infamous line again and hung up on me. THE WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!

Respectfully, this place used to be good but… Wait staff is not proficient in English which makes for incorrect orders, inside dining and to go orders. Coffee refills non-existent unless you hold cup up in air for staff to see.Too bad, this “used” to be my go to place.

2 nd time coming here, NEVER AGAIN. As soon as you say something they don’t like, they get pissy. Disgusting even. I’m extremely annoyed with the treatment in this place. They got my torta wrong last time, And because the lady was kind of rude, I decided not to go back that day because I was at work anyway, and I didn’t feel like dealing with her anymore. When I called, I mentioned the rudeness and she said that it was her that had took my order and that she wasn’t rude. I was like OK whatever… But anyway, she finally came to the agreement that she was going to leave my name in my phone phone number there so I could just pick up another one the next time I came. Well, I tried to do that this morning, and as soon as I told him, it was a remake that I was going to go pick up a side from the rest of my order they got pissy again. These people are not about customer service. I will spread the word That this place is trash. The guy in the drive through, changed his face as soon as I told him what I was there for. They don’t honor their word.
Customer service is completely not present in this atmosphere. I called in orders multiple times and when picking up no one has any clue as to where the order is. Bianca is rude and unprofessional, instead of trying to remedy the situation she will escalate and get defensive.

So when I first came to this restaurant I left with the wow effect but now I've come and the customer service is terrible starting with the manager during the week (tall thin woman) is horrible and never smiles or can have a conversation with us. Since the first day the food is so bad. I hate to say it but you lost a customer.

This morning was the first time ordering from Tia’s. We ordered an early delivery this morning for carne guisada, lengua guisada, carne asada, and tripas all on corn and flour tortillas.The food was delicious and good to know their tortillas are homemade but a bit on the thin side and the fillings with the exception of carne guisada and lengua had coated the tacos with grease. The tripa tacos didn’t match the price either unless you combined 2 into 1 for a close maybe.We’re scratching it off as an isolated incident and try dining in next time as Tia’s is new to us and only a short drive up the interstate. So hoping for an even better experience when we dine in.

I got the barbacoa plate & the barbacoa was a little bland this time. It really didn’t taste like anything. The service & atmosphere was excellent though. The salsa & chips were good as well too. I would come back here but just order something else.
