this location is by far one of the worst disgusting and Rudest. I got to the drive-through at 9:40 AM and wasn't assisted until 9:55 AM. I could understand that if it was busy, but it was not. I also would like to express my frustration on a worker by the name of Liz. She was so disgusting to me and could not get my order right. After waiting over 30 minutes and late to work for two tacos and one drink She argued with me that I didn't order a drink when it clearly showed on the receipt. I checked my tacos to see if they were done correctly and they were not. I paid for sour cream and avocado, which is an extra charge. I did not get that. When addressed of the situation to her, she sent me on my way and told me that if I wanted anything extra, I would need to give her money when I had already paid for my drink and my extra condiments. She was so rude. I went inside to ask for a refund shortly after, and that took foreve, i did not leave tias until 10:30(ridiculous) I called later on to try and speak with the manager about the situation. They put me on hold for 12 minutes and I could hear the conversation in the background of them speaking rudely about me. They never once followed back up again with me and just let me hear the conversations in the background while I waiting patiently and just continued working. I called back again to see if they have forgotten that I was on the phone and they blocked my number. I will never Eat here again. they are disgusting to their customers!

i’ve never had a problem at this place until one of the employees asked my family member if they voted for trump, it was so unprofessional, they need to hire better people who treat customers with respect instead of being political

On Potranco rd. Ordered 4 tacos the Mexican lady Amy wanted to charge me for two extra littles cups of salsa after only giving me two in the bag for the 4 tacos. She actually wanted to argue about me asking for two extra salsa mini cups. I walked away while she wanted to incite argument. Terrible customer service.

Lady in the drive thru was rude because she misunderstood my order. She shook her head and said “OH MY GOD” when she has to correct my order at the window saying it was my fault. I used to come to this location a lot and always had great service but im most likely never coming back again. I think her name was Liz.

First time trying this place and it was pretty good. I had the crispy taco plate and it was really good. My favorite was the refried beans. They were very busy but our waitress was excellent and brought our food out pretty quick. Not much of an atmosphere because it was an old Wendy's building that they renovated. I recommend giving it a try

Chorizo and egg taco barely had any filling in the taco. I also ordered a Chicharron that was good and it had enough food in it but chorizo and egg it had about maybe 2teas of chorizo and egg in the taco. When I walked in. Nobody acknowledged me. I had never been there before. I didn't know if you had to wait to be seated or if you could go just in and get an empty table so I waited for somebody to guide me and finally somebody came in from the back and I asked her excuse me do I have to Wait to be seated or can I just go to a table and she says no just go to a table . I tpld her I've been standing here for a few minutes and no one has even acknowledged me and she said oh I'm so sorry but after that Services OK, the salsa and chips are good And the chorizo and egg was good, but there just was not enough in the taco
