Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

My cookies came burned. I’ve never had them come hard and crunchy and burned. Reached out to have them come back and get them. Not worth paying for. Can’t figure out how to post pics or I would.

2/10 don’t recommend. Dry with NO flavor. I hope everyone gets a refund 🙏🏼

The chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Sent those and the lemon cookies to my husband and he loved them. The pricing is good as well as the size of the cookies. The delivery instructions were followed perfectly. I will be ordering from here again. Thanks Tiff's Treats for being awesome!

I haven’t posted about my previous negative experiences because I believe there are one offs and people have bad days. This last time I went to pick up a curbside order and the gentleman that brought out my order gave me the wrong order. When I went in to let them know the same gentleman didn’t offer an apology instead he just laughed and was passive aggressive when I asked how long it would take to get the correct order. When they finally brought out my order another employee brought it out and seemed annoyed. It’s disappointing that mistakes happen but even more disappointing when the employees act like it’s my fault they didn’t double check the order. I hope this review gets the attention of management and makes a difference in how the employees interact with customers. Everyone deserves respect and an accurate order.

Had them delivered and sat them on the table for about 30 minutes. Came in a gift like package and were out of the oven warm! Delicious cookies! Very highly recommended. I got a random dozen and haven't had them all but the ones I did have were excellent. 10 out of 10 stars, folks. Gonna get me some more very soon.

While I love your cookies, you’ve raised your prices 2x in the last 2-3 months! Before tip by $6! SMH…… is this to cover all your summer pass cookies?! This is just crazy, and meanwhile I pay for a subscription too! Really pretty disappointing!

I love this store! They always make the cookies so perfect. Their birthday packages are amazing! Just placed an order today for my daughter in laws birthday.

Okay, so I purchased from this location a few weeks ago, cookies were old and stale. Warm, but you can tell they just heated up old cookies that they left out with no covering. Left a review and they were kinda enough to bring me some new cookies. Awesome customer service, but unfortunately the cookies tasted the exact same old cookies warmed up! As this being my first time ordering tiff treats I figured maybe that’s just how they bake/sale their cookies. So I just won’t order again. Well fast forward to this weekend and I decided to try another location just to see if the cookies tasted the same, NOPE! The cookies were extremely FRESH and were amazingly soft and delicious! Completely different cookies, same exact flavors! So I unfortunately wont visit this location anymore.

Saw their truck parked outside the Corpus Christi Hooks game tonight. We were given a free sample of the chocolate chip cookie. it was amazing. Looking forward to placing an order soon! Thank you!

Ordered 2 dozen cookies yesterday and they were all stuck together in the box and not fully baked. This is the second time this has happened and it was my last time getting cookies from Tiff's.

Ordered a Tiff’s Mix to be delivered to a friend post-surgery. It was delivered in a timely manner and with care, STILL WARM?. I recently ordered from another cookie company for my dad on Father’s Day and it was a disaster. I’ll never order from that particular company again but I will be a Tiff’s customer in the future. Keep it up!
