I ordered cookies for my grandma who lives in an assisted living facility. For some reason, at no fault of Tiff’s Treats, The Laurels or the Uber driver, she never received them. I contacted Tiff’s Treats and explained the situation and they immediately had a new cookie order delivered the same day. And on top of sending out a fresh batch of cookies, they sent me $20 in cookie cash. Thats some pretty amazing customer service and I will gladly continue to support businesses like this! Thank you for making things right!

Late on delivery. I had to call in to remind them to make my order. They left them on the floor outside my door without even attempting to knock. We were missing Cookies. Cookies were not warm and of course we tipped prior to delivery ?

I've been twice this week, different days and times, but both in the early afternoon, and they've been out of smores cookies BOTH times! Like how do you keep running out so early when you don't even close until 10?! I guess I 'll have to get there when the store opens if I want to try them.

First tried Tiff's cookies a few years back when my employer would occasionally order them for the office. Excellent cookies. Fresh and warm. And the aroma of fresh chocolate chip cookies (among others!) is irresistible! Very happy we stopped by. Excellent "dessert". ?

Hard pass, no flavor just taste salt , wasting all this money in how the bag looks. If it was good just throw it in a Walmart bag I'm good. The cupcakes lol definitely don't look as big on the menu vs in store.

Placed an order for pickup. The cookies are delicious!! They have some that I've never heard of before such as the PBJ that's filled with, I believe, a strawberry jelly. It's divine!! All the cookies are so soft too. I've gone twice in the past two weeks. I definitely recommend trying them out if you've never been!
