2nd time here and this place never disappoints. If you love authentic chinese/sichuan food they have many options. This time we had pork intestine, spicy cumin lamb, garlic eggplant, and bokchoy.

One of the two best spots in the entirety of San Antonio, this quiet little space has some of the best Chinese dishes I've ever had. Whether it's spice you're looking for or something a little tangy like orange chicken, everything here is delicious. Group favorites like the steamed pot stickers come out piping hot and ready to share!

We had a very mixed experience at Tiger yesterday. It was our first time there and we went around 5, not busy at all which was perfect. We were greeted and sat right away. We received great service to start and we got our food pretty quickly! The crab rangoon and spicy wontons were delicious! We also ordered the mongolian beef, kung pao shrimp, and the tiger noodles. The entrees were pretty disappointing - it was all mushy and tasted the same. No distinct mongolian beef or kung pao flavors with no spice at all. Bonus is their chili oil was able to add a nice spice level. We asked for to-go boxes and that’s were the service went down. We got our boxes and our plates were being cleared almost immediately…with the food we were wanting to take still on it! We had to ask to keep the plate so we could take the food…and as we were boxing our food, the lady who was taking the plates just stood at our table, reaching across us as we were boxing to take cups and what not. I have to add that there wasn’t anyone at the door, no one waiting for a table so the whole ending experience was odd. All in all we probably won’t be returning but worth a try if you’re in the area.

I wanted to try a soup dumpling here in San Antonio and this place had great reviews I was excited to try it I picked up my food and they put everything in one bag and they completely smashed all of the food if your going to order here tell them not to put everything in one bag cause they won’t refund it either.

I was told about this place about a week ago and went the very next day! We loved it! Definitely in a small group of some of the best Chinese food I've ever had! I've already been back again! I love Asian food in Houston and it's exciting to not have to drive so far to get food so authentic tasting! The dumplings were amazing, the Mongolian Beef was full of flavor, the Dan Dan noodles were great! There's so much more I want to try, everything looks so delicious!!

Originally founded in Houston Chinatown, where I heard their name. Surprised and pleased to come across the SA location. Genuine Chinese dishes, authentic, simple cold and hot. Not fancy which is fantastic. No lunch ‘plates’ combos. Not Americanized. Steamed traditional dumplings (meat or veggies) are hand made yummy goodness. Not frozen warehouse sold wholesale. Noodle soup with real broth and ingredients. I almost cried with memories of my mom’s home cooking. Sichuan and Beijing cuisine. Everything is well prepared. Service is straightforward, fast. Dine, pay, tip, scoot. That’s fundamental for Chinese cafe. Be nice!Vegetarian options: No shortage of choices. It’s Chinese menu designed by Chinese.

We ordered food to go on other reviewers recommendations. This place is da bomb. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable wait staff. Authentic Chinese food with huge portions. Enough for a healthy second portion. Fried rice had such a savory flavor I didn't even really need soy sauce.
