Waited 10 minutes in front listened to the phone ring continuously, grabbed a menu and sat myself, the waitress seen me sit down and waited until she was done playing with her phone to greet me. At one time I came here so much I knew everyone by name and actually made friends, it was dead they dont do happy hour anymore. The manager seen me look at her a few times and she just stayed in her corner of the bar. I asked for a shepherd pie and the waitress said they never prepared it the morning of. So I paid for my drink and left.

Health dept would no doubt shut it down. Our waitress was nice, but the management seemed more interested in hanging out with the regulars than encouraging new business. Appetizers inedible and absolutely stay away from drink specials. D-

So RJ decided to take me to a place I've never been I asked for just fast food but he said he wanted to sit down so we went to Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery I told the manager the restrooms were horrible I did not use the restroom so I waited then my food came out our appetizer came out at the same time as our food long wait.

Terrible. First and last time. No tea sweet or unsweet. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. When we were given silverware some of it was dirty. Very dirty appetizer plate. Food was gross. They need to clean the grill. There was only 1 girl working and a very unattractive Male that had no uniform on whatsoever. I mean come on even fast food places have people in uniforms. This dude looked like he was going skateboarding or to a rock concert right after work.

Probably the worst dining experience I have ever had!!! My coworkers and I went here for lunch today and the service was horrible, the cups and silverware were dirty, our waiter was the BUS BOY!!! I'm not done... Waited almost an hour for our food, we had to get our own cutlery and napkins, the fries and tater tots were cold, the onion rings were served in a puddle of grease and now... We are all going home sick with the runs!!! I would not eat at this place again if you paid me!!!

My wife and I have had some terrible service since we moved to San Antonio in 2016. We are transferring in a month, and I doubt anyone else will come close to this; so Tilted Kilt gets the Golden Turkey. Congratulations! They weren't busy at all when we got there, yet we waited five minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Our waitress was pretty aggressive about getting us our drinks and appetizer; after that, she only checked back once. I had to ask twice for water. We had to ask for silverware. We waited for an hour for our food. That's when the manager came out, gave us a vague but sincere excuse about a mixup with our order. He said he'd help us out. Not sure what he meant, because when we finally cancelled the food and asked for the check, we were charged full price. This was our first and last time at this business.

The service is slow and selective. Was picking up an order that wasn't worth my time, the customer's time, and the customer's money. I saw no manager on the floor. The kitchen takes 45 minutes to push out orders on a Tuesday night when there was literally on 10 people there just drinking with no food!

Elle is the best server. Very attentive and fast. Drinks were cold and food was nice. Highly recommend.

Service was amazing! Girls were super sweet, attentive, and very helpful. It wasn't very busy, so the girls had a couple friendly conversations, super fun experience! The food took maybe 25 minutes to come out, but was worth it!! Shout out to Elle, Meghan, Erica, and Natasha!!! Best girls to have here!

The nachos were good. The guac was made from scratch. I did not get food poisoning either. Also had the fish tacos. Were great to taste, not too fishy and not dry. Spicy enough! Wings are also good, try them dry if you like to dip them yourself. The burgers taste homemade. Good Bar food. Large Selection of beer. I was stuffed.

We did enjoy the food and the spacious layout. Only thing was, although we called ahead, they were short staffed(lots of call ins). Manager's friendliness and helpfulness balanced things out with our 1 waitress we had. Son and his friends had a great time. Celebrated here for his 13th. Birthday success!! 🎂

This used to be our favorite place to eat when in San Antonio. Stopped by last week and was shocked at how far down hill it's gone. We were the only people there except for 2 people at the bar. The waitress (who was playing hostess, waitress, and bar tender) was very friendly, but that was about the only good thing about our visit. Silverware was dirty. We ordered our usual, but everything was either bland or seasoned wrong. The Black and Blue burger tasted like it was covered in Italian seasoning instead of blackened seasoning and you couldn't taste the blue cheese. The garlic fries were sad. The Inferno burger had jalapenos on it, but that was the extent of the flavor. When we went to pay the check, they didn't give us a pen, so we were stuck there for an extra 10 minutes trying to get their attention even though there were only a handful of costumers by that point. When we finally were able to leave, the door was deadbolted shut. We had to walk to the back of the restaurant and be let out of the patio by an employee who said 'they were closed and people kept waking in, so they locked it'. It was 6pm. They were supposed to close at 1am, so I have no idea what they were talking about. A birthday group was trying to get in the door when we were in our car, but an employee unlocked the door to turn them away. We used to love this place, but we will never be back. It's a shame. They had the best black bean burgers around.

Stopped in for lunch. First time there. Everything fine took care of the tab. Went into restroom before hitting the road. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. Felt sick that we just had eaten there. It had not been attended to in a really long time. Could only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Went here last night after watching a final four game. Man, what happened!? I mean a year ago there was more to this place. The atmosphere has suffered greatly. There were maybe 5 customers before my two friends and I showed up and they were just as lifeless. One bartender and one waitress whom looked like a mismatch for the job. The waitress was nice and courteous but didn't fit the role at all. They need to move to a different location or something because I don't know how they can stay afloat when it's dead like this most of the time. 😶

Sadly enough they've gone to the dogs. When this place opened it was alive and full of energy. They can't keep staff because hardly anyone drops by any more. My brother and I were regulars because the atmosphere there was so great with the girls and the energy started when you walked in the door. This place needs, a FIRED UP MANAGER and a team of go getters. Definitely needs advertisement is a must to wake up the area. Recommended. This is the only place I can think of THAT DOESN'T HAVE A HAPPY HOUR. Are you owners nuts? A small one with finger foods would bring you back up to par. They ran us off to Twin Peaks. GM move around and see for your self what others are doing. Don't just sore up for work and say, oh yeah another day. Make it special for everyone! Bring back the fun
