As soon as we stepped in the door, we were stopped by the bartender. She said she couldn’t serve us because the owner was there and they can serve anybody with neck tattoos. My mom‘s neck tattoos are literally just a butterfly and an angel. And they said it’s too much. But you can have your arms tattooed ? and everywhere else.
