The wait time was ridiculous and only 2 vehicle in front. They charge extra for onions and cilantro for my barbacoa taco which I didn't even get the gave me a carne guisada and frozen salas which means it's not fresh!

I cannot believe that I found a place like this on this side of town. I already knew it was going to be amazing when I felt the tortilla. Homemade, soft and you always know its good when you can still feel the flour on it. I had breakfast tacos with my son and I don't know why this place doesn't have a line out the door. This is a diamond in the rough. If you want great tacos on this side of town, go to this place. . . .just don't go when I'm there cuz I don't want to wait in line.

It’s surprisingly difficult to find ‘homemade’ tasting Mexican food anymore… I usually stick to my very few ‘tried and true’ spots.Took a chance, stopped by Tio’s Tex Mex right before closing time and was very pleased. The food was great, service was excellent (even though it was so close to their closing time), everyone was courteous, attentive, they didn’t make us feel rushed, nor did they begin cleaning around us…I had the huevos rancheros plate: eggs (cooked perfectly), potatoes, beans, bacon and flour tortillas.I’ll definitely return… next time I’ll take pictures…

Without warning nor updating of the menus the price of tacos increased 40% today. I wouldn't be so upset if I had known before I placed my taco order or if I had been given my total at the drive-thru before getting stuck in the line to the window.Edit: I come here almost every morning and now that I'm home I can see that the size of the tacos has also decreased dramatically.

Nahhhhh. First and last time there.Those carne guisada tacos were a Joke and way overpriced. Took 15 min trough drive-through. Ohhhh and they also charge an extra fee if you pay with Plastic.

The food is great. When they actually get the order right. I’ve gone back to work with the wrong order several times. That being said… customer service is horrible. You could specifically ask for a certain salsa and they’ll give you the total opposite. Maybe they’re color blind. Who knows. If you get coffee, they’ll SOMETIMES ask if you want creamer and sugar. and if you do they’ll try to hand it over by hand instead of using common sense and just throwing it in a bag.This restaurant would be so much better with a different staff.

I have been picking up Tio's for the last year and never again. We ordered lunch for 4 and when got back to work with our lunches, we noticed one plate was missing. Had to drive back and when finally got back to work, the guacamole from our 2 plates was missing.

When this place first opened, I had great experiences. Having said that, it has since declined. Today I went to the drive through, and like before several times, I had to wait more than 15 minutes for my order, and there was no one in front of me. On top of that, I ordered bacon and egg tacos and received tortillas with bacon. This is the last time I will be going to this place. Save your time and money.

Food was good. Service was very disappointing. The girl with colored hair had an attitude. I get they may be short handed but that doesn’t excuse bad service. Plus they charge you for using a credit card. Personally any business that does this automatically gets a bad mark.
