Menudo not the best, workers say so as well. Better off driving like 3 minutes to somewhere on west ave. Also be sure to get an itemized receipt our party was over charged and double charged for $35 worth of food.

My go to when I'm in San Antonio. Been to three their locations and never disappointed with the quality of the food.
Quick and order was delivered perfectly

Food was nasty
I’m genuinely disappointed to write this, as this used to be one of my favorite spots before I moved out of the neighborhood. I’m not sure what’s changed in the past few months, but today’s experience was horrible. Unfortunately, I completed the check survey by rating the food as great before actually checking the food because it used to be great!! Not today...
I ordered 2 huevos rancheros, 2 bean and cheese tacos, a picadillo with cheese, a carne guisada with cheese, and a large lemonade. Only the bean and cheese tacos and the lemonade were decent. I asked for both red and green salsa—was told they were in the bag, but they weren’t. There was also no plasticware included, which might be something customers now have to request specifically, but that was never the case before.
The food quality was awful. The potatoes tasted old, the over-easy eggs were overcooked, and the ranchero sauce was watery and completely flavorless—more like warm vegetable broth than a hearty sauce. The carne guisada had tough, dry chunks, which suggests being overcooked or the bottom of the pot. I'm baffled because it's Saturday, so I'd think they'd be cooking fresh all day.
This wasn’t just one bad item—it was nearly the whole meal and the service. That level of decline doesn’t happen overnight. It’s clear the quality and care that once made this place special have dropped off significantly. I truly hope they turn things around, but I won’t be returning any time soon.
Double charged us for a tea
Fast service and friendly. Our tacos came out quick and tasted great! Coffee was also really tasty. Will definitely go again.
All waitresses are awesome.
