Lately on this location the waitress don’t want to greet nor attend the customers. I’m one, that this few times I have gone I have to get up from my table and ask for services even if there are a few just standing and watching you wait for them. Horrible customer service and that’s because I have follow this restaurant for the pass 10 years maybe is time to just let them go and follow another one ?

An excellent come on inside and seat yourself restaurant. The food here is great. The restaurant is clean and we'll kept. Waitstaff friendly.

I give this place chance after chance in the morning they have zero sense of urgency it took 25 min for a 4 taco Togo order this morning no other location has poor service like this one I called it in as well

Manager helped me get my order I thought I placed at her location even when I was told from the wrong location I accidently ordered from. The manger at this location offered to give the same order at her location knowing the other location was 20 min away as I told her I was on a 30 min lunch. The location on wurzbach did not verify to ensure I was ordering to the correct location even after when I told her I accidently did and this is why they ask that people pay for orders over $10 in advance. Thank you to the management at this location for their care and speediness as it was only a few min to get my order from when I walked in

All Tommy's locations has good food. This location, unfortunately, almost regularly forgets items on to go orders. It's incredibly frustrating that this is the only location I have had this issue with.

Gave this place a try , since it so raved , went in this morning and ordered 2 tacos , it was not busy what so ever . People that came and ordered after me ended up getting their orders first . 15 min go by I’m still waiting a guy comes in orders same thing I did , he gets his order within 5 min as I’m still waiting . On top of that my order was completely wrong!!! First and last time coming here .
