Hardly any vegan items on the menu but the wait staff helped so much and took care of us to make sure items were vegan-friendly. You can play games while hitting, which was fun to participate in.

I’d like to share my disappointment with the experience I had at your establishment today. We came as a group of friends to celebrate a friend’s birthday, but unfortunately, the service we received was far below expectations.
We were seated in a bay where a strong stream of water was pouring down like a waterfall, to the point that it was splashing onto the person who was playing. It made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I requested a dessert with a candle so we could sing happy birthday, but the server, Alex, told me it was unavailable. I then asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came.
A few minutes before our session was supposed to end, someone came to our bay and extended our time without our consent. When I questioned it, I was told that my husband had requested an additional 30 minutes — which he never did.
When it was time to pay, we were given a pen that had no ink. As my husband politely asked another server for a pen, she responded in a sarcastic and inappropriate tone, saying, “Why are you so mad?” — completely unprofessional and uncalled for.
To make matters worse, as I was saying goodbye to our group on the way out, I overheard Alex and Halley speaking negatively about us. I found this to be extremely unethical, disrespectful, and not what I would expect from any customer service professional.
Because of all these issues — from the uncomfortable seating area to the disrespectful behavior from staff — we made the rare decision not to leave a tip. It was a deeply disappointing experience, especially considering how much we paid to be there. There was a clear lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and above all, respect for the customer.

Coming from another state I’ve never felt so welcomed. Jose is a manager, he was so thoughtful and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about the San Antonio area and walked us through how to do the sign up process. He even gave my two kids a cool toy that they enjoyed playing with! We have since been back so many times and everyone there is just so nice and welcoming. We’ve had some great conversations and recommendations from everyone here!! 10/10

Food was horrible!!!! Not just one entree either. Atmosphere was good And our waitress was amazing but the food and a few cocktails tasted HORRIBLE
