I tried for different tacos, the shrimp save the Republican were awesome, the other two were good as well.

Ordered two Bonfire bowls, but unlike previous orders at other locations, these were lacking. Minimal greens, beans and rice (usually good quantities since they are the lowest cost ingredients), but also counted five pieces of chicken. Presentation was also poor compared to previous bowls. I expect better consistency across locations. Not good value for $10.70. When asked how our food was, I explained as above and no definitive explanation was provided, only “sorry.” Nothing else was offered as a way to make it right. This is how restaurants die a slow death.

Unfortunately this location has gone down hill completely. Our order took forever to come to our table even though there were very few people at the time we went. The cleanliness of the dining area is really disappointing and made me nervous to think how clean the kitchen must be. There was trash on the floor, and the tables were not cleaned thoroughly and were sticky.
Our order came out and the food looked nothing like the menu picture. Granted, this happens in other places, but there was a glaring difference.
It was disappointing to see a place we used to enjoy run so inefficiently and with little to no care of keeping a clean environment.

It was our first time here, and we came because we received a gift card for Christmas. We arrived on a Friday afternoon, and the place was very empty. You can order either at a kiosk or at the counter. One of the staff members was being trained, so we ended up learning the menu at the same time.

The restaurant focuses primarily on tacos. We ordered the hot queso, pulled pork taco, and grilled chicken taco. The flavors were very good, but unfortunately, the tacos were served cold.

We ended the evening on a high note with delicious churros served with cajeta on the side, along with a peanut butter cookie to go, which was excellent.

The place has a great design, both inside and outside, and the restrooms were very clean. By the time we were leaving, the restaurant had become very busy, so early dinners are probably the best option.

The value feels a bit overpriced for what you get, but it could still be worth a second visit. Well done overall.

We had an amazing experience at the Torchy’s Tacos location off 1604. After a frustrating visit at another location, this one completely restored our faith in Torchy’s.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Everyone we interacted with had a great attitude and made us feel comfortable and appreciated as customers. The service was efficient, and the team was more than happy to help with anything we needed.

It was such a refreshing experience to be treated with respect and positivity. This location truly understands what great customer service looks like, and it makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be coming back to this Torchy’s and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and even better service!

If you're craving tacos that actually deliver on flavor and drinks that make you want to linger longer, this spot is a must. The tacos were fresh, bold, and beautifully balanced—whether you're into smoky meats or veggie-packed options, there's something here that'll hit the spot.
But let’s talk drinks: they don’t just serve good cocktails, they serve great ones. Think handcrafted margaritas with just the right kick, and a drink menu that’s playful without being over-the-top.
The vibe? Chill but lively. Perfect for a casual night out or a celebratory bite. Service was friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming—no pretentiousness, just good food and good energy.

Out of all the Torchy's I've been to, the staff here weren't very nice. The lady who took our order was clearly unhappy and bugged. Perhaps she has something going on in her life that upset her. Still, it was uncomfortable.

Do not come here and expect fresh food even after 12-15 minute wait with 3 tables filled and then dont ask for the manager if you dont want some one to be condensing to you when you point out how the chicken tenders looks old and she does not agree and if you get anything with brisket be sure to check your taco if its take out i was given a literal pinch of brisket in my wrangler taco it looked so sad and my trailer park raco came with the oldest looking tender i was so ready to eat some amazing tacos and then was let down so bad and left disappointed I was there for 20 minute snow and was gonna have to wait another 10 minutes for my order imnstarving so I left to come home and make left overs
Manager rude tried to speak down to me just bad experience no hot and fresh food definitely try else where
No pictures I gave it all back.

So disappointed. Have not been to Torchy's in a while and now I remember why. Today, I ordered two fajita tacos which I used to love when they first opened. Had never tasted anything so good. However, today, I had to toss almost all the meat because it was so tough and literally unchewable. I love their seasoning and veggies in the taco, so the meal was not a complete waste....but how sad they advertise delicious meals but then one can't consume them. I know it isn't prime cuts of beef they are serving, but if their meat choices aren't top of the line, then all it takes is tenderizing.

Fiancé ordered a shrimp taco for it to only be completely soggy and dripping, I had 3 trailer trash 1 of which was good other 2 soggy and disgusting. The fajita meat my son received was absolutely terrible. Always have a bad experience at this location never and issue at medical center they are always perfect over there. Will not return to this location.
