I didn't eat any of the food here because I just went in for masa to make tamales with my family. But the ladies that were present were friendly and had a smile. They made sure I got what I needed and had everything ready pretty quick.
This is definitely a hole in the wall and I absolutely do not mind. It is in the middle of the westside cheap and delicious! Coworkers and family love their breakfast tacos and now we want to try their tamales. Staff is so sweet and humble!
I believe this place has been in business since the 1950s. I know it’s been in business since 1960, because my mom told me she would go and buy some chicharrón when my sibling was one year old.
