Would not recommend this location to anyone, and I won't ever return to it either. The staff are either rude or completely indifferent to customers. I brought in a clean, personal cup to get my drink made in, and the employee at the Register looked at it with disgust and went to get a ceramic mug that she asked me to place my cup into because she wouldn't touch it. The mug she asked me to put mine into was dirty with some pink liquid inside, so I told her it was dirty and she just walked away with it. She then came back to the Register with no mug, and I again tried to set my cup down, to which she said, "Oh, they're cleaning it." When they brought back their ceramic mug for me to place mine into, it was very wet inside, so now I had to put my mug into a wet mug. All in all, terrible service. And to make it worse, the prices here are higher, and they dont give the personal cup discount like other locations,

Starbucks Review ((across from the S.A. Zoo))?☕️ We visited Starbucks this morning, and we were impressed from the moment we walked in. The warm welcome made me feel right at home. The store was impeccably clean, and the well-maintained restrooms were a pleasant surprise. As I sipped my warm coffee, I enjoyed a relaxing moment before heading to the zoo. Overall, it was a delightful start to my day!

This has the to be the far worse Starbucks experience of all time. First, the store had about 6 employees working. The store was dirty, no napkins, no straws and every empty table was dirty. And I acknowledge Pride month, but this is ridiculous and a racial attack. To use the word “Queer” isn’t acceptable. So why is this allowed? They all should be held accountable and managed better. This place is disgusting. Not Starbucks standard.

I don't expect a lot from starbucks in general, but this was by far the worst experience my family and I have encountered. The employees are untrained, incompetent, and quite obviously, do not care to be there. For a reason that's beyond me, their employees cannot wait a few minutes to use the restroom. One employee knocked on the restroom door just about every 30 seconds, when she has been told several times that the restroom was obviously occupied. She proceeded to get another employee to get the door opened. That is disgusting and unacceptable behavior (especially considering there were two restrooms at this location). If you as an employee have time to be on your phone and complain during work hours, using the restroom is obviously not on top of your priority list. Once again, beyond disappointed. Starbucks seems to have reocurring issues with allowing people to use their restrooms...

DONT EVER GET ANY FOOD ITEMS FROM HERE THERE WERE FLIES SITTING ON THE FOOD IN THE DISPLAY !! They didn’t even at least try to get them out disgusting ! THE 5 females working there looked lazy as hell just all of them Standing there behind the counter : not one single one of them tried to wipe tables or clean anything : trash everywhere on floor and tables
