We hadto wait 30 minutes to get our orders. Even a simple black coffee was so late. They forgot and then gave us really bad watered down coffee, which did not meet Starbucks standards. I understand it was Boxing day, but a simple coffee taking 30 minutes is just not justified with a poor quality drink.

Exact same smell and menu as all the other Starbucks in the country. But this one is right outside the zoo! Staff was friendly, and i think they were training. Service for the second drink was much longer than it should have been.
