Small eatery with causal feel. Staff is great...but have to give a big shout out to our waiter, Rami. He was awesome, his energy and attention to detail was perfect. The food was good took part of restaurant week menu which did not disappoint. Definitely recommend for a date night.

Great experience! The food was amazing! Our server Sebastian was attentive and friendly, took excellent care of us. My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time!

We came with a group of 7 for a work time lunch. We ordered the beans, eggs, and bruschetta appetizers which were delicious, along with the mocktails. The entrees were really lacking - the gnocchi dish had zero flavor, along with the radiattore pasta dish. We asked for salt and pepper which helped a bit.. but overall, probably wouldn't come back except for drinks and apps.

The staff was very friendly; especially our waiter, Ovidio, who was very eager to make sure we had a good time. We enjoyed the burrata, white pizza, the roast chicken and a great bottle of white Italian wine.

An ABSOLUTE GEM in San Antonio along the river! Wow- what an incredible evening....starting with impeccable gracious service....to a breathtaking setting along the water with sparkling lights...to fabulous soft tunes from Sinatra floating in the air.....but the real deal- was the food. PERFECTION...every single bite. I am craving that house salad today- fresh crisp greens, artichokes, hearts of palm in a silky Italian dressing piled HIGH - truly enough for 2! The house burrata was enough for 5 of us to share and spectacular....Followed by an ENORMOUS bowl of smooth, sumptuous smoked gouda pasta for one of our guests and my crispy trout with capers was truly phenomenal- super fresh and perfectly prepared....As it was a birthday we of course sampled all the desserts -and they were all divine...but for me-the authentic Italian cheesecake with pistachios was to die for. A perfect evening. This is such a sweet spot in San Antonio. You cannot beat the setting or the food OR the value!

Love this place but someone tinkered with the bolognese and it was extremely spicy. Couldn't finish it. Otherwise 5 stars

Food took forever but arrived cold, when I reserved I opted for regular menu as I do not eat much due to stomach surgery. Waitress said only prefix menu. So my bill was 340 dollars for a half eaten meal that I didn't even get to eat. The main entree took two hours to get to my table so I had to take to go since we had plans already for new years. This was my first time there. But was a bad experience, so I will not be going back.

This was one of the best meals we've ever had! Every bite of both mine, my husband, and my daughter's dishes was absolutely delicious. The unique recipes, the explosion of flavor- wow! The service was great too. The only thing that was disappointing for me was that I reviewed their menu for prices and selection ahead of time when I made the reservation. We drove in from out of town for New Year's Eve so we're glad to have details for dinner planned ahead of time. When we got there, they said they were unable to get a hold of me to inform me it was prix fixe for NYE and each person was $115 plus grat. For us that was a huge difference in budget. Definitely not something we have ever spent on one meal. Ultimately we didn't want to ruin the night. Everything is booked on NYE plus parking was crazy in SA by that time of night - it would have been awful to find somewhere else and we were hungry as was our daughter. We made the really tough call to stay anyway- and I am certainly glad we did- but that can be really scary when your budget for the trip has been set and you aren't expecting to pay that. Like I said- it was worth it and we moved some finances around - but something to ask ahead of time just to be sure.

Christmas Eve four-course meal was outstanding. Service from Cat was perfect. Hess Cabernet was wonderful. We had the best experience. Thank you Tre!

I dined alone and ordered a 4-course set menu with wine pairing. Unfortunately, the pacing and attention to detail seriously impacted the experience. The third course (veal shank) was brought out while I had just started the second course, without checking whether I was ready. As a solo diner, this was particularly noticeable. By the time I got to the main course, it was already cold, which greatly affected the texture and enjoyment of the dish. The wine pairing for the main course was also served only after I was already halfway through eating, defeating the purpose of the pairing entirely. Additionally, when the lobster bisque was served, no spoon was provided, which was surprising for a soup course and required me to ask for one. While the food itself showed potential, the lack of coordination and basic attentiveness from the service staff made the meal feel rushed and poorly managed. Dining alone should not mean receiving less careful service, especially for a set menu with wine pairing.

Waitress didn't know menu or liquor. Heaters have to be taped to stay on.
Food was delicious.
Scenery was the river.

Had the crunchy skin trout which was awesome. Shared the deviled eggs and caprese salad both were excellent. I would like to see more different vegetable options and more meat based pasta options.

Made a last minute reservation for 2 on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they were able to accommodate. Quiet, tucked away location between the museum and river. The bolognese paired with Chianti was great. Alex, our server was knowledgeable and attentive. Good recommend.
