Being from NY im always on the hunt for good NY style pizza. Trilogy did not diasappoint. Order by the slice? Check! Thin crispy crust? Check! Pizzeria ambiance like home? Check! Garlic powder and parmesan cheese? Check! Legit NY style pizzeria. Thank you!

Pizza was AHHHHMAZING 🤤 We had the Old World Pepperoni Chicago style pizza and omgosh- delicious! Hadn’t had such a great pizza in a while. Recommend ordering ahead for the Chicago style pizza since it takes about 30 mins to make. We will def be coming back! Service was great also 🫶🏽

Unfortunately upon arriving I was notified that oven for Chicago style was down but I still stayed to try the NY style and boy was that a pleasant experience. The Sauce, cheese, crust, season ratio struck an excellent balance with the NY style. Outer crust being a particular highlight with nice crunch/crisp but not hard or flaky. The experience was great but easily the absolute standout of this establishment has to be the pepper oil served alongside the pizza, making for an explosion of balanced flavor and spice that’s really sets the pizza off.

It there is any departing thought it is that the business should has up to date info such as the oven for one of their best known dishes (Chicago pizza) being down; on their socials beforehand so ppl are aware.

We ordered 3 small NY style pizzas which were delicious and a Caprese salad. The small pizza is rather big for a small and would be fitting for two people.

Very nice/casual place. The main dining room is nicely small ~ 10 tables. They also have a separate party room.

We plan on coming again.

Really hoping to like this spot as not many local offerings serve up Chicago's style deep dish. After trying, I can say the hunt is still on. The one positive aspect of the experience was the ambiance of the restaurant. Although I got my order to go, the interior was definitely a cozy place to chill with a glass of wine.

My new favorite! This whole place is a vibe. The atmosphere is quaint, staff is super friendly and the pizza is legit the BEST (anti's not particularly close) I've had in San Antonio. It's right in my neighborhood, so I am ashamed to say it took me so long to try it, but it is easily my favorite pizza place.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! This is hands DOWN my favorite place for pizza! I highly recommend the Mediterranean Pizza, Chicago style!! And the wine selection is UH-MAZING!! Great pizza. Crispy crust. Flavorful. Loved the old world white. Could have ordered a burrata app just for myself. Great for kids. A small is a good size for a one person. Atmosphere is super casual not very fancy but delivers on flavor. I had super low expectations coming in because I don’t like pizza but I will eat it here. Burrata is my favorite. Apps wet half off when we went but with 4 pizzas it was $90 with the tip so kinda pricey.
