On Saturday May 7th., 2026 we picked up a Large, deep dish Capone pizza, and we were very dissappointed and grossed out by an extremely salty and very runny cheese pizza. When I called, a business day later, they said they couldn’t do anything about their repulsive pizza because I had called too late!!
Needless to say we will not take a chance on a very poor, expensive pizza and wasting our money with this business again.

Went in excited to try their chicago style pizza, we were seated right away, if you are getting anything besides alcohol, you self serve yourself soda/water. We ordered the bolognese and the Quattro carne chicago style pizza. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food to be brought out. The whole time we were waiting nobody checked on us or said anything. We served ourselves drinks and there were 4 servers standing around not doing anything. The atmosphere was loud even though there were only 3 other tables filled so we had to yell to talk to each other. When the food came out the pasta was very bland and didn't have much flavor. The pizza was overcooked and the crust was very dry and flavorless. We were very disappointed in our first experience here. Don't think we would try again.

My first time eating here. I ordered to go. A chicken Ceasar salad and garlic knots. Being from NY, I always try the knots when they are on the menu. They give seven knots and two marinaras for dipping. That's generous for the price. I dumped the garlic butter inside the bag after I took these pictures. 🙄 The salad looks pretty and the dressing made it taste so good. I asked for extra ceasar dressing here and they didn't disappoint. The dressing tastes homemade and so do the croutons. They gave enough chicken too. I would definitely order this for lunch again.

For many years, Trilogy had -- by far -- the best Chicago-style deep dish in San Antonio. Sadly that is no longer true. The original owner sold and retired. Whoever makes that pizza now is not so good at it. The Chicago-style pizza from Trilogy now is ... adequate, mediocre. Not terrible, but definitely not what it used to be and not nearly the best in town.

Great New York and Chicago Pizzas. Pick your favorite toppings in your brick oven. Finish it off with a nice glass of wine or your favorite beer.

Cool vibes and great service. The pizza was 6.5/7 out of 10. It wasn’t bad but we were underwhelmed a bit. Also, the garlic knots aren’t garlicky at all.

Being from NY im always on the hunt for good NY style pizza. Trilogy did not diasappoint. Order by the slice? Check! Thin crispy crust? Check! Pizzeria ambiance like home? Check! Garlic powder and parmesan cheese? Check! Legit NY style pizzeria. Thank you!

The wine!! Absolutely amazing. My favorite pizza was the Bruschetta NY style and the goat cheese appetizer was to die for. Customer service was impeccable. Highly recommend!
