It would nice if they opened on time. mon-fri is 7:00am but it's 7:10am and nobody is here.

I just left this location. Service actually wasn't terrible, and they were friendly and professional. However, I feel like there was someone still somewhat new to their job, two others working, and a lunch rush from online orders and walk-ins. This can overwhelm someone new. So maybe have the manager help (if they're even in the building) during this time to encourage team work, and a smoother process?
Otherwise, this store is usually very functional. Hopefully, it maintains that reputation.

My order was not delivered, I was told I’d be called back and was not. I called again to ask for the manager and was told I could speak to the shift lead. When answered I was met with a disgusting attitude “speaking” I relied “hello” then she replied “yeah” in a matter far too aggressive for this situation. This is rather disappointing because I like this place. -January 3rd 2:30 pm

Do not honor their free coupons unless you download their app as for a senior citizen we are not computer savvy so I feel they should honor it to senior citizens without downloading their app. Never go there again I was not pleased.

Smoothie was terrible. It didn't have any yogurt and I couldn't finish it because of all the ice cubes in it

Went in for a smoothie. Got the green island smoothie and it is tasty! Drinking it fast.

Food is good but they have ZERO sense of urgency. On top of that, the app changes my name depending on the day, so I NEVER know what name they decided to put my order under. No problem-solving skills whatsoever.

I don’t understand why they offer curbside if they don’t honer it. I had to walk inside to get my order because no one brought it out. When i went inside i only saw 1 girl making the orders and the other 4 were in the back talking and laughing. Will not be coming here no more!
