Tried ordering the caramelized pineapple smoothie, and it is showing on their menu board, but the cashier said I can’t find it so I can’t make it if I can’t ring it up. I mean go ahead and make a suggestion to substitute it or better yet put a note on the menu that says sold out. So, I had to come up with something myself like it for my husbands order. Kind of disappointed with the way she handled the situation and didn’t offer anything else on the menu kind of just stared blankly.
The service at this location is horrible. Stood at the counter for 20 mins while both workers completely ignored me and continued making online orders. Avoided eye contact at all cost. Then I say " im ready" after not being acknowledged or greeted upon walking in. Girl with red hair says " ma'am?" ....rude . Online orders should be made in between helping guest right in front of your face. Then she has an attitude with an uber delivery driver picking up an order because half of it is missing. Once our order is finally ready, the flatbread and quesadillas are barely filled with anything and the smoothies are made incorrectly and very watered down. Chick with the red hair has an attitude and hands me my smoothie lid half off and overflowing on the sides. I sat there and cleaned it up MYSELF. The other girl working there with the brown hair apologized after we requested a refund. Again rude girl didn't care. Not sure who the manager is but they need to be retrained. I'll just keep going to my protranco location where they have outstanding customer service.

Service is really lacking and there's a $3 upcharge for plant-based protein. Don't ever come here if you're in a hurry and be prepared to wait ages for a simple food item to be made.

Welp!!!! The food was still really good, though my service SUCKED. Guess that's what I get for cheating on my POTRANCO location. But I'm addicted 😁

30 mins for one smoothie is crazy
I always love going to this cafe but today was awesome! Amaya, she took care of my friend and I, was super friendly and helpful and great customer service! She attended us with a smile and actually showed genuine friendliness. This is literally the first time I felt welcomed. Sorry not sorry if this hurts the others feelings. The other young ladies that were there on 9/27 morning, were nice too. I’ve been hesitant in coming here due to the African American young lady that works there. She’s super rude! However the young ladies from today turned it all around! I hope the manager sees this!!!?

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and a specific worker Avrian. He was very respectful and helpful, as it was my first time trying tropical smoothie cafe.

Went for a promo day.. restaurant ran out of the promotion.. also none of the employees making smoothies were wearing gloves and going back and forth from the POS to smoothie making and no hand washing took place the entire visit I was there (~25 min).

False advertising promotions even when showing exactly what their websites said and they were a participating location.
I did a take out order, of a chicken Caesar wrap and the salad they used was brown and old. I was not pleased with it at all. If I was dinning in I would have asked for a new one. I think I will stick with the smoothies. :(

Normally I come here most Tuesday mornings on my way to class and have no issues- but today my final was moved to Monday, not sure if the Monday staff is different or if it was a case of the Mondays but I was severely disappointed with the service I received today. I came in to pick up my mobile order as usual, grabbed it and headed to campus. About 45 minutes later I was eating my sausage and cheese ‘dilla that I ordered extra sausage for and let me just say, I don’t normally feel there is enough so I paid for extra and felt I got even less than normal! When I called to see if maybe they thought it meant “easy” instead of “extra” because that’s a simple mistake and I come often enough to understand that mistake happen! I was told “I talked the staff member who made it and he says he put extra so we can refund the extra you paid but I can’t remake it or do a complete refund.” I was disappointed to say the least. I would never pay 8$ for an egg cheese quesadilla, at that point, I would have made it myself. I love tropical smoothie enough to come back but definitely going to reconsider my location and or I will not come on a Monday again.

Love the smoothies here but it’s extremely frustrating that there are only two kid smoothie options, and they absolutely will not make any of the other smoothies into a kids size. So when we go I always end up paying for a full, asking them to pour into a kids cup and toss the rest. Such a waste when they could easily add a kid size option.
