I went to tropical smoothie today and was very hungry I asked the lady across the counter Sofia what she would recommend she recommend me their *NEW* Açai bowl with Nutella and two three cheese chicken quesadillas. She was so helpful and nice and just look how special she made my order for me everything just looks astonishing. Definitely will be coming back because of how good the food was, how nice the employees were and how the atmosphere was just a great place to be in definitely recommend for anyone who loves fruit or loves quesadillas🍇🌯

Stopped here with my kids and had smoothies! Very delicious! There are so many options but the employees helped us pick out some that were to our liking and exceeded our expectations! Gia and Kaylee were extremely attentive and helpful, the service was very quick, and the store is immaculately clean!

Just left this location, aboslutley loved it. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is definitely one of my favorite places. The workers at this location were super nice and speedy fast.
I think the machine that tells them what food to make was down for a bit, but they kept plowing ahead. Thank you for your amazing work and delicious food/drinks.
My Dad absolutely loved the Quesadilla.
Smoothies were the perfect consistency.

Food is great but servers left out both sides! It was a pickup order and, sorry, didn’t check the whole bag until I got back home. There’s no was to request help on the app, and no one answers phone—tried repeatedly.

Morgan and lily are AWESOME!! The smoothies were PERFECTION and their friendly smiles and service was OUTSTANDING!! First time trying this place but will DEFINITELY be back!!

Yall knew yall was closing and gave me this! Unacceptable, Employees was rushing to close! This isn’t what I paid for, I didn’t get a chance to look before I got home hoping they got my order correct, there’s no Nutella and little to no acai in the bowl it’s basically a fruit bowl for $12

Clean, fresh, and friendly. Great prices and bundles. Lots of fun extras to add. Always updating and changing the menu. I highly recommend for a quick walk up fresh meal.

I visited this Tropical Smoothie location with my boyfriend and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We ordered two smoothies, but the service was extremely slow and unprofessional.

The three staff members on duty seemed unsure of what they were doing and appeared to lack proper training. My boyfriend's smoothie was served only half full, which is unacceptable for what we paid. The employees were leaving tasks incomplete, moving very slowly, and seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than serving customers efficiently.

The overall experience was frustrating due to the poor service quality and lack of attention to detail. I hope management can address these issues with proper staff training to ensure other customers don't have similar experiences.

My smoothie was disgusting - I asked for them to remake it and they said no. Won’t ever be coming back here again. Awful service. Who doesn’t let someone have a different smoothie if they took ONE sip and didn’t like the one they ordered? I’ve been coming here weekly for awhile. Lost a good customer. Thanks!
