My go-to order is the Island Green with whey protein. This location made it perfectly. The staff are friendly and got my order out quickly. This location is easy to get to, abundant parking, and clean on the inside with plenty of seating.

Ridiculously long wait for mediocre, overpriced food. I made the mistake of leaving a tip prior to getting anything.To their credit however, they did hand me the bag of food that I paid for half an hour earlier, so I guess in their mind that was worthy of a tip.

Big fan of tropical smoothie. Not a fan of the customer service at the fiesta Tx location- Today I saw an older lady drop her smoothie in the store. NONE of the staff went over to help clean it, none really acknowledged her and to top it off none of them offered to replace the smoothie. One had blue&green hair. The other girl had dark brown wavy hair in a ponytail. They didn’t have name tags. I understand that it’s not the staffs fault but the lady hadn’t drank ANY of her smoothie. They watched her clean the mess as well, and other customers began helping her. I offered to pay for her new one but she said she had alrdy waited 25+ minutes on her order and had to get going.Bad customer service and honestly quite saddening.

Great smoothies made fresh but the service is a little slow. 10-15 mins for one smoothie and a pre made salad is a little too long of a wait. I don’t work very far, just across the street…but it would be nice to not spend half my break just waiting for my lunch to come up.

I visited the tropical smoothie location at at 1:24 PM today. When walking in Mercedes greeted me. Chuma was working at a table near the restroom with his stuff all over the table. Mercedes told him she needed help with the food as the store started to get busy. Mercedes went to the back and Chuma went to the register. Chuma was not friendly when placing my order. He was rushing me and he did not ask if I had the APP to ensure I received my points for my order. When I asked him how can I get my points for this order he said, “it doesn’t take two people to pull out their phones to receive points”. (The other person I was with was on their phone) but I found it rude and inappropriate to say that since I had my card out ready to pay, along with my phone. I am not sure why he felt that comment was necessary. He was not friendly nor made me feel comfortable. I come to this location at least three times a week. I have never encountered any rude employee. This is the first time I seen him and it was not pleasant. After receiving my drink, Mercedes was informed I did not like my drink. When Mercedes approached Chuma to help resolve this, he became aggressive and proceeded loudly with “well are you going to pay for it”? I did not mind paying for it but it was extremely rude and embarrassing especially when addressing a frequent customers concerns. I threw my drink away and never got to enjoy my items. This was extremely disappointing, humiliating, disrespectful and rude. I would suggest any customer if an older male, dark skinned is there to please walk out. He speaks to the employees rude and obviously the customers. Oh, and not to mention, he had the title manager on his name tag below his name. He needs training and should be demoted to clean tables and restrooms. I would suggest him observing the younger adults on how to handle these kind of situations WHEN they do come about because he has no experience. Each time I go to this location the younger adults are amazing and I can tell they are excited to be there. This could have all been avoided if he would have just comprehended my feedback and was welcome to a customers concerns. I did not raise my voice, in fact Chuma did. I would suggest he also needs anger management classes.

Don't go here Teah the manager doesn't even know that substituting a fruit a for another fruit is FREE. I have a allergy to one fruit and he wants to charge me extra for another when that's not even how it works!!! Then the girl in the front was VERY rude!! Just go to the tropical cafe on fiesta road and save yourself the trouble!! I need a general manager to contact me ASAP!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE your time or money. The service is terrible. No one said hi or what can I get you? The guy taking our order literally didn't speak words to us. He forgot our drinks and could not even figure out where the coca colas were. The food is nasty. Don't come here.
