Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered a salad with a banana on the side, and honestly, I have no idea how they thought it was okay to serve that banana—it was really bad. Still, I wish them the best moving forward!

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! it is for military only they don’t tell you that upon ordering . I had to dispute the order with my bank bc they RUFUSED to give a refund . I was promised a credit back to my account and also nothing . Claims they changed their policy so if they start making it , if you can’t get it oh well. I missed my whole lunch wasting time there, no food and 28$ gone I had to go through hell and high water to dispute . Y’all are trifling .

Do not order from here if you’re not military. When I tried asking for a refund or someway to recover my drink they said they could not do anything about it.

Waited 16 minutes for 1 smoothie while I was the only person in the cafe with 3 employees. They took my order then continued to wipe counters for 15 minutes.

Steve was the one who’s helped today at the register, truly very great experience!

I wish we didn't waste our money here. Today, I ordered the baja chicken wrap, and my husband ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. Both of us received mostly lettuce in our wraps and barely any other ingredients. Neither of us received the dressing on our wraps. There was the smallest portion of avocado on my wrap that I had to take apart to even find. I don't understand why I paid $20 for two wraps filled with lettuce. I won't be back. The tables were not being wiped down at all and were very sticky and full of crumbs. The customer service wasn't great either because we could barely hear our cashier speak to us. I'm not sure if it was the music or everything in the store being loud, but I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times, and she continued to speak very low. Placed an online pick up order not realizing is was on base. Got refused entry and the gate. Called the cafe to cancel order and was told to deal just deal with it.

Stopped in while waiting in SAMMC. Glad I did! Great hot food & friendly staff! I chose the Southwest Wrap…very good!

Placed an order for my wife and I today. Not realizing that it was on on military base I called to cancel my order because I am not able to gain access to the location. I was told that I wouldn’t be getting a refund because they assume everyone knows that you know what Brooke medical center is. Ridiculous. Spoke to the manager who was no help at all. Ruining their reputation is one thing but then to not help is another. Never going to order anything from them again.

Can this company label this restricted access? I know they have that option on maps. It's not safe or efficient to allow random people to unwittingly drive up to a base when they don't have access.
