Everything is bigger in Texas, except portion sizes and flavor! For $16 i would expect to be full after finishing my plate but the portion was so small i left hungry. Their marketing is also misleading, if you order the limited time ramen they have from Texas BBQ instead of Flaming Bird, it's $13, not $10 like their many signs advertise. The flavor of everything was okay, the brisket was just flavored with barbecue sauce and didn't have any flavor on it's own. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

😋 GOOD BBQ Looooved the Brisket, Got it sliced in a sandwich. Their brisket is Moist and Tender. The Potatoe Salad is really good, not tart.

Just had this barbecue for the first time. I simply cannot brag on it enough!!!! Hokey smokes!!!!! So very good!! My wife and I both enjoyed it thoroughly .I highly recommend this bbq

This True TX BBQ is dirty, slow, rude and overall a dump. Old equipment and dingy surroundings make a BBQ sandwich sound like a dream!! The manager Eduardo is a nightmare!!!
This HEB is our home away from home when we are working in this area. The Flaming Bird is our favorite thing to order including the yummy sides it comes with. The entire team is awesome! It’s a privilege & a joy when we stop by.

We ordered a whole chicken and a breast was missing. We went back to advise and “Macalynn” advised that it was there when clearly it was not. We ended up not eating there and got a refund. Never, will we come here again! Terrible service!
