I had a baked potato with LEAN brisket & even the potato skin was delicious ... I never eat the skin, but this was remarkably good! Shout out to Shari for being such a great True Texas ambassador. She's a delight.

Had the turkey at H‑E‑B Tru BBQ and it was seriously impressive. Super moist, tender, and packed with flavor and not dry at all like turkey can sometimes be. Definitely one of the better BBQ turkey plates I’ve had. Will absolutely order it again

I'm from out of town visiting and stopped for lunch. We had a little bit if everything, some brisket, turkey and some burnt ends. The food was so delicious. Everything was so tender and juicy. I've never had better. The manager, Austin, stopped to see if we were happy and that was so nice. I highly recommend this place.

Brisket nachos were BOMB, that was so scrumptious! Fries, pickles, and cream corn was lwk mid. Brisket was awesome sauce, sauces were good, and all the drinks on the soda machine thingy were out of this world!! I’ll be eating here again, obvi, but for the first time I’d say it was a pretty nice experience!!
