Highly recommend. Excellent BBQ. Well seasoned and smoked brisket. Soft turkey. Tasty sausage. Good pulled pork and chicken thighs. Ribs a bit sweet for my taste with the cherry glaze. Sides good, mac n’ cheese and corn and cole slaw good, potato salad kind of salty. Choice of 2 pickles (normal or spicy) and 3 bbq sauces. Beers available. Order at one counter, pick up and then pay at another. The restaurant itself a bit rustic, lots of outdoor seating, but little and not obvious...
The food is great and I acknowledge holidays are crazy but my visit today was incredibly off putting. I was bounced around stating another person could help me and was helping me but nobody actually was. I was being treated like a rude customer when I was trying to confirm my pickup order. There were about 5-6 patiently waiting customers standing around and one of the cooks came out to yell “Standing around won’t make it go any faster!” — noting that NOBODY was upset....
Ordered the bbq starter kit plus some mozzarella sticks . Food came pretty fast , staff was very nice . Brisket was the best but the pulled pork had no flavor and was dry, chicken. Was dry,sausage old or dry ,beans, potato salad , mac were very good but it felt like meat was from day before and just reheated , bread was dry cheap or old. Def wouldn't return , no offense 9/17/2024
