Every now and then my coworkers and I decided to order lunch to go. I’ve experienced 2 different cashiers when I go and they have the worst customer service! I’m not even exaggerating. The burgers are always good I never have a problem with the food. But the service just really isn’t good.

Husband and I went to UB for our 10 year anniversary lunch. Food never disappoints large portions and very tasty. Customer service there not so great felt like we were annoying them when we order had to use my credit card so had to go pay at the Hungry farmer next door. The blonde lady been there for years she very robotic.

Probably the last time I'll take my family here unfortunately. It used to be so good. Lacking customer service ,overpriced for what it is . Got served the oldest veggies they had in their fridge w my burger. The salad looked compiled of left over dishes customers didnt eat.The place still looks cool but every one had stomach issues when we got home. 80 bucks for 4 burgers,fires, drinks and a salad. Nvr again.

One of the best hamburgers in San Antonio. If you're visiting SA, TX you need to try these burgers. I've been coming here since I was a kid. Now I take my wife and kids. They love it.

The food is a crowning achievement of SW side greasey goodness. The people were good, a little rough, but that is the west side for you.

We got the chicken strips and it was very good. Plenty of seating. Only weird thing is if you pay by card you have to walk next door to pay, through the inside

Food used to be great, now just……meh. What caught my attention the most was the cashier. I don’t think she likes this job. Not at all friendly or inviting. We order our food minus some toppings but we got them anyway. I used to invite my friends and family to come dine here with us. NO MORE. $32.66 for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and a basket of fries. Cleanliness is no longer a high priority either. Time to stop traveling across town for mediocrity.
