Each and every staff member we encountered here provides excellent service, as a group they are the best all around team of any of the many United Clubs (>15) I’ve been to in the last few years. They are all polite, attentive, helpful. Kudos to each of them and their leader. It’s a smaller scale club but adequate size at least during our visit. The food selection was a tad better than other United Clubs. Drinks served with a smile, nice greetings and good byes....
Staff is amazing!!! The front desk staff helped me book flights, get accommodations and make the best of the flight delays. They weee very knowledgeable and professional and I am grateful for this.
Was about to fly out to Houston Friday and stopped by San Antonio’s United Club. I’ve been flying for years and the hostess Key delivered exceptional customer service and hospitality making sure me and my husband had what we needed. The bartender Carla was wonderful as well, will be coming in again. They know how to make you feel very welcomed ?
