This store owner was very kind and helpful Kiran is his name.I needed a bag to carry some items home on my flight. He showed me some lovely options at a great price.I reached back to my hotel overheated and realized Id left my phone there.I finally cooled down enough to walk back and he was waiting for me with my phone .I would NOT have made it back home without my phone to call Ubers, navigate my flight. He was honestly a life saver!!Amazing customer service

Service oriented people, nice and kind.

Owner of this place is extremely rude . We were asking for baby stroller he says first give me money..then I said that I don’t want buy immediately he throw my card and saying cheap people and yelled at us to get out of the shop.. then I went to next shop he came their and saying that not to sell me to other shop owner..never recommend this to any one.

The lady working was digging through her purse when I came up to the counter. I ordered my ice cream & she scoops it out with no gloves and without washing hands. Then she took my payment with her bare hands and gives my card back to me- wet because her disgusting hands touched the icecream. Then she goes onto the next customer. It’s like she was trying to give everyone covid.

Great location to meet with friends. The service was friendly and observant. The place has a good atmosphere. Feels like a place in Los Angeles I loved.

Be sure to ask for detailed receipt (not just the credit card approval receipt) because they will charge you more than the price tag. I didn't realize it until I looked at my receipt when I got back home.

Me and my family went into his store while we were waiting for the results of the state UIL band competition to look for souvenirs and stuff, and when he thought we were only looking, he kicked us out and started cursing and yelling at women and children, and refused to talk to me one on one like a gentleman. Awful awful awful place and no one should EVER come here again.

I would give zero stars if I could. The owner was disgustingly rude while looking at their products in the store. Unfolding a sweatshirt to possibly purchase made the owner mad and kicked us out of his store causing a scene. Will never come back here again.

Extremly rude owner qho will cheat his way around everything. Even accusing employess of stealing so he can fire them and not pay. Everything is absolutely filthy with roaches scattered everywhere

The owner of this place is so rude. Was in his store for not even ten minutes and I witnessed him call a little girl and his mother a "stupid woman." The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen in my life. I will never visit this store again on my vacation. After witnessing him talk to not only a customer, but women like this is so uncalled for. Very unfortunate a business like this is still open.

BEWARE! The owner called my child "out of control" for unfolding a sweatshirt she was considering, after grabbing it from her. And then told us to leave. We hadn't been there 5 minutes. He even came outside in a threatening manner and called me a "stupid woman". No wonder this place is rated under 2 stars! My child was very shaken and scared over the incident! What a horrible and dangerous man! BEWARE!
