Genuinely didn’t know velvet was edible until this establishment. Also velvet tastes like shrimp and many other things. They may be magicians so be careful.

Gourmet Tacos! I’ve eaten at Velvet Tacos quite a few times now and they always have some fun new tacos to choose from, flavor is amazing and ingredients are always fresh. Today I had the usual, brisket nachos, chimichurri taco a tuna wrap, all of it was so delicious. The inside is a bit small, so if it gets busy you may have to sit outside, but they do have a drive-thru if you prefer to eat at home or in your vehicle. The staff is always polite and often give suggestions, they keep the place clean, definitely one of my favorite places to eat and often take friends who visit from out of town.

They always have something new and fresh to try out! This visit I got the WTF Hangover and (my go-to) Korean tacos. Per the norm, they were both amazing. Their salsas (one smokey and one vinegary w a kick) topped off the tacos and Elote wonderfully. The service was top-notch and the atmosphere is fun. Great day to sit out in the patio area, too!

Fabulous food! Everything is made from scratch. Reasonable prices. They brought us a piece of red velvet cake to help celebrate our son’s graduation. If we lived in area it would definitely be a regular stop!

The Sea Tacos 🌊 ⛵️ : we decided to try all 3 and I must say. . .
(The Grilled Salmon Taco) is something I've never had before and it's something I will keep a look out for from now on.
Out of the 3 this has the most flavor and honestly its all around delicious.
(The Mexi-Cali Shrimp Taco)
Has that burnt crisp shrimp on a stick taste. The smoke flavor infused with the taco is rich in flavor. But it still holds that strong taste as some may not like so much and thats the only reason this is 2 out of the 3. For me.
(Fish N' Chips) the fried fish was a bit bitter. It definitely needed alot more vinegar to soak up in the friend fish so its not so crunchy. Im not saying there's to much batter. Theres just not enough vinegar as to the flavor was kind of bland so be sure to ask for extra vinegar.

I came here on my day off, was looking forward to it and it was partially ruined by seeing a manager (I assume, he was a small man wearing a dress shirt) wearing a black rifle coffee company hat. (backwards)
I am disturbed that this velvet taco is endorsing a coffee brand with ties to far right political extremism. When I go out to eat tacos, I don’t like to think about gun violence, those who have passed away in my community because of it, and those who rally behind it.
I hope this is changed because I love the food and I have never had a bad experience at this location before this.

Tacos were legit, but the real star was that red velvet cake. Best one I’ve ever had. Taco wise - chimi steak and puffy taco were amazing!
