The hospitality!! The staff was attentive. It wasn't busy so im sure that helped. The food was delicious and it was our first time here. We've been wanting to try this place and hope to come back. The lunch specials seem like a good deal. Ivy was very helpful and asked specific question regarding our order. No joke, thank you Via313!

The pizza and service was awesome … much different from most pizza joints in San Antonio … great location and the Manager Kaitlyn came to our table asked how our meal was and how our dining experience was … great pizza and it has a kewl vibe … Motor City Pizza Style … I strongly recommend this pizza joint !!

This location was incredibly understaffed from what I observed. I only observed one server for the entire restaurant. There were tons of tables surrounding us that were covered in dirty dishes. The service was incredibly slow. When we were ready to leave, we couldn’t find the server to get our check. When she came out of the kitchen, the poor girl was crying. I personally love Via 313 and I know restaurants are suffering when it comes to finding reliable staff. But this seemed like poor management unfortunately.

This place is amazing they even let me bring my dog one time and sit outside. The food is very high quality I would even say better then the best pizza lil Caesars love the employees and the environment best place to eat 5 STARS. PS GF APROVES :)
