Came here for lunch two weekends in a row after enjoying it so much the first time. Small restaurant serving authentic Vietnamese food. They also serve some Chinese dishes, but stayed with the Vietnamese dishes. Same young lady served us both times and she was very friendly and efficient. Both times started off with the Vietnamese Egg rolls and Spring rolls. Also, had to get the Sugarcane juice as they actually had a Sugarcane juicer to extract the juice freshly. They have a few flavors you can add to your juice or drink it straight. For the meals, ordered different Banh Mi sandwiches. Although the meats varied, they were all delicious with the freshly baked and flaky bread. Everything was very good and authentic. Will be back for one of the few authentic Vietnamese restaurants in San Antonio.

This place is quaint but so good. I love coming here for lunch because the service is quick and the food is very delicious
I was hoping I would love this place. Sadly, it was a miss. The spring rolls were not the ones. They had fatty chicken or something in them. The flavor was sub-par.. The fried rice was basically like steamed rice pretty flavorless.. The orange chicken was not crispy at all and rather dry . The cheese puffs were good. The $7 fruit tea was good but not worth $7 bucks with all the ice. I will not be returning...

I’m so happy to say we have some tasty Vietnamese high quality options on this side of town. We have tried every Asian restaurant up and down Potranco. We finally found our place. Delicate taste not too heavy and fresh. we didn’t feel lethargic after we ate here. Plus the cane juice drinks to die for !!!!

Anyone reviewing this place less than 5 stars is doing a disservice to their neighbors. Vietnamese Express puts every other pho spot in town to shame.

The noodles over cooked sticky. Shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. Ragoons cold. Have no clue what people are thinking this is one of the worst places. Very

Food was ok and a little bland. Back home we usually eat at a Que Hong so the bar was high. Service was good. We didn’t like the idea of a required service charge. We have always thought a gratuity is at the customer discretion. At least the server did indicate that gratuity was included.

I'm a regular here at this point. Their bun bo hue is not the best in town but they're consistently good. They're not that attentive with their service but I guess that comes with the territory. The sugar cane drink is really good but it's pricey given the liquid to ice ratio.
This place is amazing nice and quiet, food is delicious and good customer service.. i definitely recommend!
