If you haven’t been here you guys really need to try them out. I’m so picky when it comes to Birria Consome and it’s hands down the BEST Birria consome I have ever tasted, it is so flavorful.

We went to their taco truck in “Area 51 food truck park”It was a short wait for the machete and birra tacosThe food was good but there wasn’t enough limes, onions, Chile or cilantro included. I paid $22 for the machete and it didn’t even come with console or beans or dressingsTotal was $36.69 for the machete & birra tacos

I ordered the birria tacos and they were very delicious. The outside shell was very crispy and the taste overall was good. The consome was good but could have had more flavor added. The price I thought was a little high for 3 tacos but I'm sure over time that will change. Overall, I recommend this place for sure.
