The watermelon agua was great! Good flavor without being too sweet.
The only issue is the paper straw. It really takes away from the drink. A suggestion would be a bamboo straws.

Some of the freshest drinks ever !! Ordered the tres leches latte and it was the perfect blend of creamy coffee and sweetness. Their watermelon agua fresca was the best thing for this Texas heat !! It came nicely chilled with fresh watermelon chunks. Loved everything about this pop up! They even offered samples and dietary options. Highly recommend to stop by and give this place a try!

If you’re a fan of agua frescas, this food truck is a must-visit. They serve some of the best agua frescas I’ve ever had- refreshing and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. They have a variety of flavors, including vegan horchata. Next time you see Viva La Calle on the street, do yourself a favor and grab one. You won’t regret it!

Such a cute truck! There is seating available to enjoy your drinks as well. The service was fast and friendly. The coffee was really good! We tried the iced horchata latte. Love this spot and will be back for sure

This beautifully decorated trailer is our must have every Sunday. we go down to the Quarry framers market just to refill our bottles. My husband and daughter favorites are the passion fruit and cucumber lemonade. If anyone hasn’t been to viva la Calle please make sure you do, you won’t be disappointed. Manny and his staff are so welcoming and friendly
