Placed order through DoorDash: “restaurant could not be found at the provided address.”Such a shame. Looks so good. Address may need updating
This food truck was located on the corner of Montgomery and 90 in the parking lot of the fireworks warehouse. I wanted to try this truck out because the food looked delicious but I was far from that. First, it's very unorganized and took forever to get my food. Second, I ordered 2 phillys (which I never got but they did give me a refund), waffle fries (that were unbelievably soggy and NO, I didn't order loaded waffle fries), and a churro waffle (which wasn't bad BUT did get pretty sick about an hour or so after eating it). I'm writing this because I'm cheering for yall but yall definitely need alot of work. I didn't even eat my fries (which im pretty sure they were frozen because i saw the bag next to the fryer) because of how soggy it was. I definitely wouldn't try this food truck again but maybe they'll get better on the way. Also for the fries and churro waffle, It cost about 35 bucks ?Best of luck Waffle Taco.Just posted a pic of the receipt to show proff that I did try this place.Take care
They food was delicious oh my gosh mouth watering I will come back again. It was so good.??
Very disappointed. We have been waiting to try this place for a while so we jumped on the opportunity after someone in our neighborhood posted tgey we are 90 and Montgomery. When we got there one of the employees was getting onto the cashier for not taking orders correctly. When I ordered she wrote and verbally and loudly stated my order to the people cooking. They said the wait was about 25 minutes. Not the worst for a food truck on a busy Friday night. After about 40 minutes, one of the man that works there apologized for the wait and I said it was OK. Then after another 25 minutes, I had to go up to the window and ask about my food. Once again the female who spoke to the cashier before was getting onto her. They said they were making me fresh food but would make my burger a double for the inconvenience. I went back to my car and after 5 more minutes they came out with my food. I live maybe 3 minutes from where they were and when I got home this was what my waffle cake looked like. It was completely inedible. The waffles tasted like the batter had soured but the burger patties were good. They did offer to give me free dessert next time I came but I doubt we will go again. We ended up ordering pizza after we got home. This being said, I wish yall good luck and I hope you can work the kinks out and get a good footing. Thank you.

One of my friends told me about this cute and yummy new place and I got the the waffle bowl with rice and chicken with veggies , a Heathier alternative toMost food trucks but couldn’t resist the Waffle churros with ice cream. I recommend trying this , with so little Restaurants in the area off 90 and the Montgomery exit ,it’s also convenient. Definitely will be back. Very instagram worthy and delicious! :)
This food truck has been one of the best grub foods I’ve ever had!! I highly recommend eating these delish loaded waffle fries!! And the Philly steak was a 10 out of 10! The wait was a little long but it was totally worth it because the lady in the truck had the most positive attitude and made sure our food came out spectacular
Great customer service. We had the waffle explosion for a birthday lunch and our friends were impressed with the great service and delicious waffle cake. Thank you for going out of your way to make this birthday celebration awesome.
Waited 40 minutes for my order. Just to have it cancelled. If the order can’t be filled, let your customers know so that they can choose something else.
