Need to listen more on what the customer is telling them

This store has the worst customer service that I've ever seen. I had cat food I was bringing back that was full of bugs we sprayed them and they refused to take it back. I called customer service the 800 number and they said they can't do a thing about it, because they have to go along with the store and what kind of a policy is this they were friskies 40 pack. Go to HEB cheaper great service I'm done with Walmart. Update:. Called friskies which is Purina and they took care of the problem for us. Thank you Purina and the heck with you Walmart.

There are usually 3-5 employees working or standing around the entrance chatting. I'm perfectly fine that no one greets me, but do not like having to walk in between their conversation or feeling crowded as I enter the store. There is one gentleman there that does often greet. This isn't the stores fault, but I have noticed that the customers at this location are inconsiderate and will cut you in line.

Just a query; why install one-way aisle arrows, social distancing signs and mandate mask wearing if your staff doesn't follow them or enforce them on customers? Numerous staff without masks walking the wrong way up aisles, as well as customers. 6ft measures not abided by, people crammed up close at checkouts. Social distancing measures are effectively non existent, so just why not quit the pretence your store has measures in place? It's fine, but don't pretend you are doing it, so that those who choose to social distance can go to a store that actually does it. I have seen it down very professionally elsewhere. Last time I shop in your Converse store.

I had a wonderful experience in the electronics section. A young man named Ian the other day helped me to figure out what I needed to connect my iPhone to a printer. He also made other suggestions on a recorder for my car and the benefits of it . Great job Walmart . Usually Walmart workers hurry up and run away from you when you they see you need help or keep talking on their cell phones in the aisle like you interrupting their conversation of gossip. But this young man Ian went over and beyond to assist . And the bathrooms were clean too

Our cashiers name was Destiny in aisle 10. Omg! Talking about slow and no enthusiasm. My one year d granddaughter would have given better customer service. There was no greeting, when I asked her a question she laughed and looked confused. My husband and I were purchasing a coffee maker Destiny asked if we wanted the warranty(shocking) and we asked what would it cover. She couldn't answer while chewing her gum as if she hadn't eaten today or relayed to Essie the cow. So Walmart my suggestion is to drug test her, feed her before her shift and send her to classes for customer service.
